Ya definitely more a fail then the headphone thing. Since headphone jack was on purpose. Paying royalties because they wanted to give everyone U2 new album for free. Somehow they thought it was free? If that's the case i blame both apple and U2. That is the only way i would have anything by U2 anywhere near my stuff. Would have been better to offer everyone the chance to get it. Definitely would have cut their mistake down significantly.

@@muhammadsafiullah3635 please note that the iPhone SE 2nd Generation only has a home button since it is a budget phone and is SUPPOSED to reuse an old design (the iPhone 8 design). however, it is always possibly but unlikely that Apple would reintroduce the home button. However, there are rumours that Apple may reintroduce Touch ID to the iPhones in the form of an under display Touch ID system.

1; removal of headphone jack 2; removal of home button and control center placement 3; the macbook pro 2017 lack of ports And honestly, if I still had my headphone jack on the iphone x, even with the crappy placement of the control center, I'd probably be all for it. But I'm not about to go back to having adapters for my headphone jack. And the fact that it's all USB-C on my laptop is annoying when I don't have my $45 adapter with me at all times. And yes, I'm probably going to downgrade my laptop to the 2015 macbook pro. I want my freaking ports back

The issue is that apple is trying to be ahead of its time. USB-C can technically do anything, but nothing else actually has a USB-C port, rendering it useless.

If your android phone slows down, install a custom android rom.. simple my S3 mini works just as good if not better than the day i got it, given i overclocked it.. also all batteries decay, at least i can buy a new one and replace it myself without having apple sue me for buying a apple product from a 3rd party.

Yeah, I upgraded my phone every time they came out with a new one. Until 7, when they decided I didn't need an audio jack. Bluetooth audio is terrible. Still using the 6S.

You guys are the suckers apple has been looking for. Buy a new phone that says its faster and better but compare to the Iphone5 i got years ago....ITS PRACTICALLY THE SAME PHONE!!!!!!!! theres a reason android has a thousand different models all using similiar tech. It has nothing to do with price, high, low, or otherwise. The only thing I use my phone for, other than calling and messaging and taking pictures, is listening to music. I never "thought my phone would be an iPod," I use it to listen to services like Pandora. And Blue Tooth audio is totally inferior. Until they bring the regular audio jack back to the iPhone, I will stick with my 6S. And if that stops working, and I have to upgrade my phone, I'll listen to the radio. EDIT: I don't use headphones. I plug it into the audio input in my car and listen through the car's speakers.

Turns out there was plenty of room in there to add a headphone jack as retrofit kits are out there. It was a money grab. Every headphone manufacturer has to pay a royalty to incorporate a lightning plug if I understand correctly.

Apple wouldn't have been alive today if it wasn't for Bill Gates, who baught shares in Apple when they were about to fail and probably would've been out of business in a few years. Failing is part of the business, that's the reason i laugh everytime a apple user online says apple is the best. Because even Steve jobs himself said multiple times "we're not perfect" and now apple has gone downhill with their products all over again. They don't offer the barnd new tech but are way more overpriced then all the other devices on the market that has more features than iphone.

I have an iPhone XS Max with wireless headphones (AirPods). In my car I have a wireless charging cradle and while using bluetooth to listen to music. I keep a lightening aux cord in my car to correct audio latency when I want to watch videos. Removing the 3.5mm jack on the iPhone 7 3 years ago may have been a big shock then, but its a non-issue for most users today.

Cam Cam+ l don't own a single pair of bluetooth headphones because bluetooth sucks. l mostly use an amp and DAC while listening to WAV files on my computer, but it's nice to able to listen to music on the go and at least my galaxy has a 24-bit 48Khz DAC which isn't amazing but it's not bad either. but with bluetooth headphones you're at the mercy of the cheap hardware with in the headphones no matter what you have them paired with. the headphone jack was perfect there is nothing wrong with it. analog interfaces are the best because the actual drivers of your speakers run on analog frequencies. so with a headphone jack you're cutting out the middle man and you can make nicer headphones at cheaper prices. the only issue with the headphone jack is that it can only sound as good as the DAC you're using but at least you can choose your DAC. with USB and bluetooth you get what you get and you can't change it out since it's all built in.

I kinda regret switching my iPhone 6S for an iPhone 8 mainly because of the lack of headphone jack. My Bluetooth connection randomly fails in my car sometimes. I would normally grab the AUX cable but I would realize the new phone doesn’t have a headphone jack. I’m not a fan of of the double glass either.

Surprised youse guys overlooked the biggest Mac fails, like the TAM (way overpriced for what it was), the G4 Cube (heat issues, underpowered, only computer to be "suspended"), the 2012 Mac Pro (c'mon, that thing looks like a trashcan and is a pain to upgrade), early G5 towers (9 fans??). Apple even tried a camera that flopped, not to mention the throttling scandal of 2017 . And let's not forget the "Touch Disease" fiasco, "Bendgate", and the iOS 8 rollout that crippled most 6's before it was fixed. Steve even went berserk during the iPhone 4 reveal; every reporter there knocked out the WiFi!

My dad gets us Samsungs (Which I'm perfectly fine with) unless if we pay for an Apple with our own money. But hey, it's really not all that bad, plus, he got me my first phone with some money off, and it was the Galaxy A10e! So hey, Samsung's REALLY not that bad. My older sisters just got new Apple phones though. My 2nd oldest sister got the iPhone X and gave her old iPhone 7 to my older sister. Still though, I LOVE my Samsungs, and I'm using my Galaxy tablet right now!

Apple relied on the profit margin that manufacturing and selling their own hardware (as well as software) provided, and the Mac clones ate into that profit margin. (Keep in mind this was from ~1995 to 1997, and the licensed clone program was ended by Steve Jobs when he came back to Apple in 1997.)

You missed their BIGGEST fail. Apple Music. The thieving platform that "recognized" duplicate music on your computer and replaced it, without your permission, with their version. Nothing like finding out the rare live album from 1974 you had on your computer was replaced with some other version of the album. Especially if you no longer had the hard copy you used to put it on your computer, or never had a hard copy in the first place because you purchased it digitally from another source. A lot of people lost music they can not replace.
