Ferrari has SO MANY models you can literally put them all in a museum. Someone else has to have made a better list. NO 458 ITALIA! It was THE LAST NATURALLY ASPIRATED V8 or V12 (correct me because I know I have one of those numbers mixed up) BEFORE FERRARI WENT TWIN TURBO! Wow... No 458. Wow...
I know this list is subjective, but there are some glaring omissions in my opinion: 458, 288 GTO etc.. I like the video, but it would be nice to include footage of the interior and engine bay.
Testarossa Daytona 308 F40 GTO And why? Not because they were the fastest or most technologically advanced. But because they were direction changing and legacy affirming models at times that Ferrari was being seriously challenged by the competition. Those models put them back on the map every time. And everybody else was forced to adapt to their introductions. Ferrari regularly pushed their haters to become better if they wanted to remain relevant.

Everyone has their opinion but I think these 4 below I listed can easily replace and knocked out several of those in that top 10 completely. Ferrari is still finding their footing since the 80s. 330 P4, F12 Berlinetta, F340/375 Berlinetta Mexico, and 250 GT. If the 1952 F340 Mexico Competizione was a real Ferrari it'd be above the 250 GTO imo. The 250 GTO is one of my top 3 cars all time but holy crap, what Gullwing America did with the F340 is simply marvelous for a refresh and there's several other one off that are simply amazing but I wouldn't mention. Cars I'd remove. Enzo, F50, Testarossa, and LaFerrai. Especially the Testarossa 🤦🏾♂️ I was born in the 80s and seen some in the 90s and personally was never impressed. Now the Lamborghini Countach I was all in on and the 208 GTB. The 275 GTB/4 😱 my goodness Ferrari was going out of business for a reason and still struggling 🤦🏾♂️ They are still looking for an identity. The Roma, F12 Berlinetta, 550 Maranello, California, P80/C, SP38, Pista, 296 GTB, FF GTC Lusso. Those are the recent cars Ferrari has made that have given them some footing. The Maranello is a very underappreciated Ferrari. People got way too caught up in ricers and power that their timeless design output nearly evaporated. The 599 GTO was nice too.
