Crying into my iPad watching this. Had the house broke into whilst on holiday and my watch collection was stolen including my PAM000164, bought new in 2008, devastated.
I like Panerai with numbers. Perhaps 1312 is iconic Panerai, 1359 is more elegant. Watch with “numbers” is always more elegant than the same watch with a “dots” or “bars”. So, 1359 is my choice. Period. Rare.
The best Panerai you can buy is the "Rolex Seadweller 126600"..Panerai ist no Quality, cheap 316L-Steel. Every Chinese FAke-Producer uses 904L Steel, but Panera doesnt...its to expensive they said...
Hahaha! I had a 126600 at the same time with my Pam233...guess who’s still with the collection. Rolex sells high and their movements are not even decorated. 3235 movement on a Datejust 41 and same movement on a $50,000 day/date platinum. And calling 316L-steel cheap is calling 99% of the industry cheap. Good luck with your over hyped expensive Rolex...got rid of all 3 of mine. Went with a higher horology watch instead.
