Excellent video. Just wondering when you mentioned the D1 commitments for the teams, did all the players receive the commitment while playing for the team or did some players receive the commitment prior to joining the team?
Glad you liked the video! And that’s a great question, some leagues were transparent about this, while others didn’t specify. So all that said, we believe that most came from the actual team that listed it, but there are probably a few commits that came from other teams prior.
Hey this is super last minute but I am wondering where you think the GOJHL fits in compared with Jr A and the NCDC or EHL. I have an offer as a goalie in the EHL but am not guaranteed many games and the coach is not giving me much time to decide, didnt play much last year either, so if the EHL does not workout I think it is best to go down a league to get 20-40 games. What leagues would be good for that? GOJ / NOJ / USPHL Prem... KIJ VIJ I am a 04 so need to get lots of games
Excellent video but do you know there are US teams that play in Canadian Junior A leagues? These teams might be a good option for US players wanting to play Canadian Junior A. They might not send a lot of players to D1 but they are a good choice for D3 and ACHA. Keep up the great work!
Glad you liked the video! Yes we are aware of the US teams, how good they are and how many NCAA advancements they make depend on the program/league, but we agree that many of them can be great options.
