Yeah, that's a good one just for the look of the card

Amazing pick-ups, Brutus! Thanks for sharing. My favorite card featured is the 89 UD Sheffield error card. An iconic card from an iconic set. Along those lines, my favorite personal pick-up is an 89 Fleer Billy Ripken FF card in PSA 8. It was such an elusive card when I was a kid!

Thanks Elliot, I was really excited when I picked that one up! Great find on the Ripken error card too, some great memories of those iconic error cards from the junk wax era!

Great video! New subscriber! I had no clue about the Sheffield error! I'm going to have to go back through my Sheffield Upper Deck cards and see if I got this one!

Welcome to the crew, glad you have you on board! I made a while video about error cards just because of that Sheffield card...I'm sure a lot of people have one of those hiding in a closet somewhere without knowing it!

Some beautiful cards! I would say the Pujols is my favorite. Why doesn't PSA title for the Sheffield list it as a star rookie - error card?

Thanks WPD! For the error card I assume that the person that submitted it originally had no idea that they had an error version. The PSA graders themselves probably don't have the time or knowledge to identify it correctly if the info isn't put down into the submission sheet.

Makes total sense to me! Great card even though as a Brewer fan I'm not a Sheffield fan.@@brutusonbaseball

Yeah, I get that. He was a great hitter and a tough one to lose so early in his career. I know he was pretty abrasive at times and outspoken about how he felt mistreated by the Brewers organization, but he didn't do himself any favors either in trying to be likeable! There's a lot of articles that dispel his claims of making errors on purpose, but even despite that it just wasn't a good situation and he never really truly found a "home" where the team accepted him long term.

Well he went on record with a respected local reporter that he tanked plays to get out of Milwaukee. The reporter asked him again if it was okay to use and he said yes. Of course that could be immaturity and trying to get traded. That loss along with Selig low balling Molitor out of town really was the beginning of the end for the 90s Brewers imo.@@brutusonbaseball With that being said he put up some monster numbers and seemed to grow up as he matured.

Yeah, I think he was pretty immature and just wanted out. Not great either way. I remember when Molitor left town...such a sad day for the Crew.
