Tsunare was able to almost instantly regain not just her base chakra, but enough to repower her seal. Karen was a bit drained from it but the fact that she was still physically unaffected by having all that chakra taken away says enough

Honestly, I could never understand how some people could have more chakra than tailed beasts. Isn't the whole point of Tailed Beasts to be massive chakra monsters? I feel like that's very inconsistent with the general premise and only exists to quickly hype up some characters. you forgot bee and guy, kisame complimented bee the entire time on his chackra and samehada actually switched side on him mid battle, guy is also stated by madara to have the most chackra of all those he fought over the years (namely hashirama)

Minato easily had enough chakra to make it on this list. He fought with Obito, teleported an entire bijuu bomb, etc, and after all that he still had half the chakra of Kurama. I think an accurate assessment would be to assess their chakra reserves in base, as that’s the true Reserves, In base, Kisame possessed more of a chakra pool than Even Nagato, the difference was Nagatos chakra was far more powerful as an Uzumaki, and he possessed the rinnegan which gave him access to not only the chakra in each rinnegan eye, but an insane arsenal of God Level Jutsu. Adult Naruto and Sasuke possess way above average chakra levels, but after Naruto loses Kurama, his chakra levels are not even close to what Hashirama had, and Naruto can no longer rproduce jutsu on the scale that The First Hokage could, one of Sasuke biggest chakra amps came from his Rinnegan which he no longer has the added chakra pool that it gave him, meaning his total reserves are a far cry from what Madara possessed when he was alive and fought Hashirama. In base, kakashi stated that naruto had about 4x as much chakra as him, and this was a kakashi who was mentally nerfed and always at 80% of his own total reserves due to the sharingans drain, Kisame In base possessed enough chakra that he could perform a jutsu that Guy needed to open the 7th gate to defeat, and 7th gate guy scales to Mangekyo Kakashi with his resolve amp, Narutos chakra reserves in base were high, but not as blown up as everyone is making it out to be

i don't think naruto has anymore chakra than obito has.....he is a half uzumaki......not a full uzumaki.......he always uses kurama....so its really hard to say how much chakra he has.......but if he has more chakra than nagato.......the only reason would be 6 paths sage mode......which you told you wouldn't include as it is sage mode.......

That dude fooked up Obito, teleported out a massive biju bomb, summoned frogs, teleported the whole nine tails, cut that beast into half, and sealed one part into himself and another to his newborn child. He did all that without any help in maybe 20- 30 mins and he was stressed af. A feat like that would have made even Hasirama proud. I think they didn't do justice to Minato. A prime Minato could have been in Hasirama's league ( may not be as strong though but definitely in that league). And Nagato would not have invaded with Minato around.

When the 9 tails attacked he had to spam flying raijin, teleported a bijuu bomb, fought Obito, fought to control Kusinas seal, AND sealed half of 9 tails in Naruto and himself with reaper death seal. You can only seal away as much chakra as you have with it. So after everything.. he still had half of the 9 tails chakra level remaining. Also, let's not forget his feat of killing 1000 Shinobi as well during the Third Great Shinobi war.

I'd say madara has more chakra than hashirama, since madara was controlling kurama and had his susano cover the entirety of kurama. hashirama was constantly using sage mode and not spending as much chakra, and maybe even refilling his chakra faster than madara with the help of sage mode. sakura and karin should also be in the list since they'd have more access to chakra than tsunade. karin gave tsunade her chakra and refilled her byakuya seal alongside tsunade's own chakra. sakura for sure has a bigger pool of chakra since she kept naruto alive when kurama was pulled out of him, she also supplied chakra to obito after getting the 10 tails pulled out of him to keep him alive and also to be able supply enough chakra for obito to use kamui. after all of that and not be given six paths chakra, unlike sasuke, naruto and kakashi, to help fight against kaguya
