Also, how do you make a list of biggest drunks in video games, and not include Tavish DeGroot, aka Demoman from Team Fortress 2? The guy is constantly intoxicated, has a frikkin' bottle as melee weapon, and operates highly volatile explosives while drunk. And he's Scottish.

Hey Jeff! I remembered another drunk moment in a video game! In Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, there's alcohol ingredients you can unlock to use for eating before a Quest, and they are required for use in High Rank Quests if you want to spawn-into the map in the secret area in there 100% of the time instead of mere random chance of such. And if you make the wrong combination, you end up drunk! Being drunk reduces your Max HP and/or Max Stamina to a very low amount, plus, you'll walk very badly for awhile and even fall over. I want to unlock the alcohol drinks on my second character (have already unlocked them on my first character) but have yet to do so.
You really shouldn't count player characters that YOU can get drunk. Being a drunk needs to part of their character, what is scripted. Chuck Greene and John Marston get drunk because *you* make them, it isn't a part of their character at all. By extension, they don't get drunk, *YOU* do.
Bonus: Edward Kenway from Assassin's Creed: Black Flag. You can drink so much that you end up in a nearby bush. He also drinks everytime you get information from the bartenders.

My favorite drunk is Trevor from GTA 5. I found him in so many areas that no normal person would go, even drunk. He's either halfway dangling off a bridge, laying on train tracks, or on a mountain in a dress with the poison of choice in his hands.

I'd like to give special mention to the Burial At Sea version of Bioshock Infinite's 'Booker DeWitt'. Food is pretty much a health item in the regular game, but the thing is, I don't remember if there was any food in Burial At Sea. Instead, he drank so much booze that I'm not even certain.
I love the reference hidden on Bo' Rai cho's name. Bo-rai-cho, Bo-ra-cho. If you take out the "i" in his name, it will leave you with Boracho, and if you put a second r next to the other r you get Borracho, which basically means Drunk in Spanish.
For me, I gotta go with Chin from King Of Fighters and Shun from Virtua Fighter. Sure, the "Drunken Master" trope has been done to death in media, but the way they play is enough to get me to like them, and the idea of having them drink while fighting to be stronger really works to make something interesting. In that sense, I could also put Hwa Jai from Fatal Fury/KoFXIII as well, but since it's just called a "power drink", I don't want to just assume it's alcohol without proof.
