corzarguy That or Ethereal items in Diablo 2. Literally unrepairable items that eventually become unusable, so they're never worth using since they'll permanently break at some point. Though those don't count since you can at least sell them for money... I found that Petrified Something in Dark Souls 2 does nothing, since I beat the game and couldn't find a use ever xD

What's interesting about the bubble gun is that people react to it like you're shooting an actual gun. They cower in fear or run away when you shoot bubbles at them.

I don't know about in older SB, but in SSBM Goldeen once turned out not to be so useless. I was playing as Link and did a stab-down, hit the Goldeen, and it redirected my path-- straight off the stage. XD

No. The smoke ball is great for C4 as snake and the mines. Smoke bombs are prefect for laying traps.

While I agree on the n64 version its useless the 3ds version they made it useful because that's how u get the 7th bottle with that mask.

Well, nearly all the masks are useless past a certain point. I mean, I used the Mask of Scents for like one minor quest. After that, it was just to run around with a pig face, and have a funny idle animation, making pig noises ^^;; But the purpose of all the items is to get the ultimate mask. So none of them are really useless. It's like if that bubble gun was used to make a BFG lol It wouldn't be useless then ^^

***** The majority of them are there to yield you a heart piece, but at least that's something. While they don't do anything after that, they still got something for you. The Circus Leader's Mask, though, at least in the original, has absolutely no use other than to fill up space and cry gross tears.

But the Legendary Heropon Riki uses it! Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can only get it from a special quest? Worst items in that game for me are Level 1 Ether crystal thingies that only have attributes for Level 1 Good Footing or the one that decreases fall damage. It basically does nothing if you fall from a killing height or have an enemy who can knock you back. Why not the Gems? The Gems have effects: The crystal ore things don't.

K-Bob Kid That's true, LV I ether crystals basically do NOTHING for you, even when around the starting point when you can actually make the gems. I usually get LV III crystals, or higher, because the other crystals/gems are so useless. However, at the same time, the Monapon ONLY does 1 dmg, and, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall it having any gem slots so you can't even put in the 2nd worst item ever: A level I gem/ether crystal

Then again, it works will with Riki. Having a low damage output against enemies can help build up his Talent Art to steal items, materials, and others. Plus, Riki is more of a Support/Debuffer. Really, everyone except Sharla and I guess Melia are better at offensive play. Monapon is more utility rather than offensive, in which you want 3-slot Meteor Biter (Or is it crasher? I forgot.). Still, the curse of the Level 1 gem can effect everyone by taking up a precious slot: Monapon has some possible use.

K-Bob Kid That is true, I LOVE stealing a bunch of good items with Riki and selling it just to fufill my love of rising numbers, but Melia is DEFINATELY a good offensive player. While she doesn't have a lot of physical attacks, she is definately good for attacking. 1. She can topple w/o needing to break, etc. 2. BURST MODE X SUMMON BOLT... 3. Max Mindblast 4. She can buff the party (Though I can't really recall a time it saved my butt aside form x3 Summon Bolt for the ether boost) 5. Splash attacks... Gotta love my Summon Bolt, Flare, Earth, and Ice. 6. Overtime dmg (ex. Summon Ice, Earth, Flare) 7. Long range attacks Melia with her long range attacks has REALLY saved my butt, I was, and still am, able to kill enemies over 50 levels above me. But now that I'm thinking a little more about it, the crystals are leaning towards worst item, they are pretty much useless, and will never even need a use, not even around the beginning of the game. However, the Talent Art build-up for the Monapon would normally be really good if you could add a Haste/Double Attack V's or VI's would make it a lot more useful. But yes, it does have the use of allowing you to build up the Talent Art.

I never really used Melia and Sharla, as I always went for physical Topple/Daze teams of Shulk, Dunban, and Reyn/Fiora. However, I have heard really good things about Melia, I just like using Shulk and his Arts (I have Max relationships for everyone in the team, I hated playing as Sharla. Probably used her wrong, I just spammed her Break Art, Daze art(when they were Toppled), and Head Shot. Once again, I probably used her wrong. Most likely deliberately) and skill trees. I'm level 99 on everyone and trying to kill the Belgazaz and Abaasy. I have Shulk, Reyn, and Dunban for the Belgazaz, and Fiora in place of Reyn for the Abaasy. Still farming for Divine Protection Crystals, because you NEED gems to kill superbosses. Night Vision, Spike resist, all of those are needed to kill them. Belgazaz is easy, then the AOE cripples everything. The giant Mechon was tough solely because I didn't have Dunban use an Anti-Mechon weapon, I kept losing track of the Bunniv, but eventually killed it, and the Slobos is just easy. Good for farming, though. Gems are like Berries: You don't care until you do the stuff after the story. My point: Riki's Monapon is useful, Level 1 crystals suck, J need to try out Melia, and I need to kill the last 2 Superbosses.
