The rest is CGI and Stunt Double. And yes, she was in the ''mandatory'' military army which means... basic training or basic education. She wasn't in the israeli Army as a ''professional Soldier''. She wasn't a Soldier in Action or didn't take a career after the mandatory. She is a Model. She learned only the ''basics'' of Krav Maga (military self-defence and fighting system) like anybody else in Israel they have to do the mandatory in duty after highschool (Girls: 2 years. Boys: 3 years). She learned self defence and some fighting system but not real ''martial arts'' standards. The video was about those who used real fighting skills, the real training, and conditioning, as part of their playing the roles. They were all actual bad ^sses. Your comment is like saying Chuck Norris and Stephen Segal playing movie guys who the script says wins fights prove nothing despite their real-world ability to kick butt. So, Rhonda Rousey in her movie role as a lady bad ^ss in an Expendables movie means she's suddenly a wimp because her character is written as a bad ^ss.
