You could aim for 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps as a beginner. Start light and familiarise yourself with the movements. Always prioritise quality over quantity. 🤝

3-4 sets of 8-12 reps are a good starting point as a beginner. Start with light weights and learn the movements before you challenge yourself. Always prioritise good form over reps or intensity.

@@unknown-bi5ro These are great exercises for muscular endurance and hypertrophy, so you could aim for 30-90 seconds. Don't sacrifice form for intensity, though.
