may i suggest that on the side kick hold you turn your pointing fingers in and look at your own qi? i do front kick hold and enjoy seeing my own qi waving around and between my fingers. try it, you'll love it too!
Love my cat style pushups and back bridges, cups on knees and peacock hold ooooouch, next! music cracked me up. Will attempt side kick holds for 5 seconds to begin with, I think Ill stop there hehe.
Could do a video for the Rising Windmill/Starfish? Please XD Now I'm on my way to the Windmill, but I don't quite know what am I doing wrong, or what exercises could help for this movement, and there aren't a lot of videos about it. Love your videos! It helped me improve a lot.Thank you!
