For two things : First : they train on a daily basis others special force like delta force, gsg9 , some others and sometimes sas. There is no ranking in special forces, this is what I believe as an Indian especially and if there is a term used special that definitely means they have something special in them.

There is a common saying about special forces units: the SAS wrote the doctrine others follow. They are the most elite special forces unit on earth, so much so that even navy seals will consult them for help with a mission plan

Navy Seals aren't "special" forces at the same level as the others. They are more the toddler playground version. JTF2, SAS and Delta Force would be around the same.

I bet the Indian Marcos are indeed active in Kashmir and i bet they are great soldiers but the best special forces such as SAS, Delta force, and seals are all active all around the world. Just no one hears about it because it’s all classified, thats what makes them the best.
