Thankfully there are people who are making mods on these old, long circuits that I can race on with the old F1 cars.

I'm still amazed at how narrow a lot of those old tracks were -- those drivers were something very special to able to hang it all out on them!

Wow. The Clermont-Ferrand. 5miles of sweeps, curves and hairpins. Incredible circuit.

They should remake the old hockenheimring and sudschleife

Pescara made the Nurburgring look like Shanghai

Thank you very much for all this footage. I have been a fan of F-1 since I was a child in the early 60's ( I remember when Clark was killed at Hockenheim). By the way, the original circuit did not have chicanes on the two straits. Anyway, please do more, I enjoyed this immensely.

Boy that AVUS was one weird looking race track. Looked like a super sized drag strip.

I have seen motor racing at Rouen, Reims, Monza, Spa Francorchamps and Nurburgring in the 1950’s/60’s when motor racing was dangerous, really dangerous not just for the drivers, but the spectators too. No Armco, no wire fencing, etc. They were all great times, wonderful memories.

I never knew much about the old Osterreichring but the way the map looks it looks really awesome

Clermont Ferrand was dicey enough in a road car, it must have been frightening in a race car. Down the side of a mountain with continuous curves and switchbacks.

Nothing like the old tracks! Especially the LOOOOOONG Ones!! lol I think they use the very long one in Italy for "street races" and Classic sports car Races, Antique sports car races, and sports cars. I remember seeing a video on TV from a show about "Wildest Car Crashes" and a few of them were from a town in Italy that was holding car races on an Old F! race route. The one video showed a Modern Ferrari going too fast for the turn the driver hits the brakes and slides of the road over the wall and down onto a house's patio! lol I think I saw the same street in the Video at 19:40! LOL

I think the only way the west loop of the Red Bull Ring to return would be for them to put a chicane at the right hander due to limited run off area.

For the Avus circuit, if they left the banked turn and have a tunnel for the freeway they would have a tourist hot spot/landmark.

Actually about Osterreichring, I heard a couple months ago some rumors, that Red Bull plan to bring it back in its original config, for WEC mostly, but it also can be F1 too

I love the green hell its one of my favorite tracks to race on, I can’t believe monza used to be an oval track far from the monza we know today, I don’t like racing oval track I start falling asleep after about 45 mins or so every time I do a 200 lap race on an oval around lap 75 I start falling asleep
