I find that when my skin is properly moisturized, a good primer like By Terry Densiliss primer evens and smooths out my complexion and only concealer and cream blush are needed. If the primer makes my skin look a bit too pale, I can add some By Terry Brightening CC serum in rose or apricot which can add warmth and depth but still look absolutely natural. And these products are very good for my skin. I didn't know about the Mac setting spray - good to know!
Thank you! I updated my make up immediately with the ‘shadow from the bottom lash line’ trick and it looks 1000 times better. Phew! I thought I was doomed to look like I was constantly squinting.
Oh WOW! Thanks soooo much! Sooo helpful! I’m 38 but a big woman so eyes need lifting! I do have a question eye liner color.......is brown better than black? I’m not really sure on the blue or purple at my age. 😬 thanks for your time in sharing what you know with us all. Jessy from Country Victoria Australia 🇦🇺
I have a question about luminous foundation. Does it accentuate your wrinkles and fine lines and texture? I have quite deep forehead lines and texture on my cheeks.
Luminous foundation should be fine if you apply a thin layer! Steer clear of matte foundations and avoid caking on thick layers as that's more likely to accentuate fine lines or wrinkles.
Sometimes I find myself very Cakey McCakeface and other times my makeup just ends up (I won’t say flawless) but barely there lovely coverage; I can’t figure out what gives me McCakeface ... I always moisturise up and (only since the beginning of this year) I wear daily SPF 50 LRP Anthelios . I don’t understand why it’s so hit and miss. Then sometimes I just use the spf (tinted) over a moisturiser and everything pills up. So many mysteries .... (I’m not a powder fan so that’s not to blame) ... and ideas?
Which foundation do you use? my guess is, it could be your SPF/Foundation that's not working together. Try the ultraviolett skinscreen, no pilling or streaking either :) Good luck!

Agree sunscreen is essential but the amount that you apply is not giving you enough coverage. Most people under-apply their sunscreen so instead of getting a factor 50 they are actually getting closer to a factor 5. Please apply more sunscreen
Agree. That Ultra Violette sunscreen is beautiful, but needs three full droppers. It looked like most of the single dropper used was absorbed in to her hand.
