Pre vizsla is underrated imo and tarre vizsla was the first mando jedi and gar Saxon was the imperial vice Roy of mandalore and one of mauls top super commandos and satine doesn't deserve the title mandalorian but bo katan should be higher tbh.
Sabine's pretty great though, I know Rebels isn't for everyone but she really grew on me. Canderous Ordo/Mandalore the Preserver is my personal favorite mandalorian though
@@itilosi9929 nah #4 was way to generous for a mandalorian who makes art. Mandalore the preserver literally brought mandalorians back from the edge of extinction and gets #5. What a joke
@@patientnation4901 her artistry isn't the only aspect of her character. she didn't have much depth in season 1 of rebels but she really came into her own later on. I do think we can agree that this list is wrong for multiple characters though
@@FrozenJedi38 They were both foundlings, but neither took up the creed like Din Djarin did. So not Mandalorian. Jango was gifted the armor by the clan that raised him and Boba only inherted it, thats all. The wording in last weeks episode of The Mandalorian was very specific to convay this
That's right man...fuck JJ Abrams and Disney for the Sequel Trilogy...Would have been better if they used the existing Legends material and proceed with Luke being the most powerful force user and the yu zhong von invasion...That would have been more cooler than "Rey Palpatine"
And yet, your precious Mandalorian is connecting all the trilogies and setting up some major plot details that happen during the sequels. Hate to break it to you but Empire Strikes Back wasn't that good.
If he’s the best it would literally only be because Bobas been out of commission. He hasn’t shown half the skill, nor posses a fraction of the accomplishments that Boba has.
Jango Fett is the best bounty hunter in the galaxy, Clan Mereel, True Mandalorian and the Mandalore for 20 years and the father of the Grand Army of The Republic and father of Boba Fett
"Boba Fett established himself as one of the most legendary bounty hunters in the trade." Could you say that while not showing his embarrassing defeat in episode 6 please?
But really. Dyn Jarin deserves that top spot. He’s staoic and badass and smart, but he also is not heartless at all. Just watch him with baby yoda/Grogu. If anyone has a heart of gold and honor for days he does. And he seems like the type who would make a fiercely loyal friend and ally. And Sabeen with the dark saber are some of my favorite scenes in Rebels.
4:04 They should’ve mentioned a really cool fact about Pre Vizsla: he’s voiced by none other than Jon Favreau, the creator and one of the executive producers of both “The Mandalorian” and “The Book of Boba Fett!” Seems pretty fitting that a man who voiced one of the most iconic Mandalorians would go on to create two shows focused mainly about Mandalorians!
I remember when I used to know almost nothing about Star Wars, and thought that I would of wanted to be Jedi, but learning more and more, and watching the Mandalorian, I now prefer to have been a Mandalorian
@@zachnolan3378 Yeah armor is sweet cant argue with that but character is not better than Kryze sisters imo. Of course People have own opinions but still
I've taken to calling Din Djarin "Papa Mando" because he definitely has a fatherly attachment to Grogu. And I just like saying "PAPA MANDO IS PISSED!!"
IDK but he is my favorite character and I hate it when he is ignored. How can people love clones so much yet they hardly ever credit the man behind their dna.
Tarre Vizsla seems like a truly interesting Mandalorian, having also been a Jedi and the Mandalore of the Mandalorians at the same time. I wonder if he and Revan were best friends?
In legends the Mandalore that Revan fought was the Ultimate and he was responsible for Revan fall to the dark side. In my canon tarre vizla came before the mandalorian wars.
@@AndreNitroX I like to think Tarre Vizsla's title could be Mandalore the Redeemer or Mandalore the Savior. Perhaps even Mandalore the Unifier? Maybe Mandalore the Ultimate could be the one who stole the Darksaber from the Jedi, which would mean he fought Revan with the Darksaber and was a Vizsla as well!
Jango Fett was a foundling, just like Din Djarin. And Boba was his (adopted) son, who he taught the Mandalorian ways to, and encoded his chain code in his armour so his son could Inherit it. That chain code makes him a Mando
@@Mirrorcomics24 Lmao, buddy you think youre big brain. I called Boba a clone 😂💀 Jango is a true Mando. Lol mans really thought he was getting at something
8:18 I must admit I am very impressed with watch mojo for acknowledging the great mandalorians of the EU. Especially putting Mandalore the ultimate at #3. Despite not having much coverage, Mandalore is one of my favorite villains in Star Wars. Being the Ghengis Khan of the Star Wars universe. Also I love that wicked armor cosplay video of him
In terms of canon Mandalorian's that we know of (aside from Tarre Vizla, and Boba Fett, who will always be Mandalorian to me), Pre Vizla pretty easily takes the cake as the best Mandalorian warrior we've seen so far. The guy fought some of the greatest force users of all time, and came out alive. Other than Maul that is, but even then he gave Maul a parting gift in the form of two scars on his cheek.
This is the way!! Only 4 words to summarize this video in more ways than one, and Bo-Katan is just badass, seeing in her in live action puts a smile on my face, and seeing her take off her helmet is gorgeous as hell. Also, I’m glad you’ve acknowledged Canderous Ordo.
Din Djarin: Well, you DO realize that on a technical note, he's not quite a true Mandalorian, so much as a product of a zealous cult that wanted to return the VERY ancient Mandalorian way, right? But i'm not complaining as he's awesome
yeah right now what a manalorian is seems to be kind of confusing. like they seem to be changing the definition of what they are. as apparently mandalorians could not take off their armor but now they can. its almost as if they are now making up what a mandalorian is as they go.
@@thewewguy8t88 And I do have to give them points for introducing new splinter groups of Mandalorians. And I'm still waiting to see a group dedicating to following the viewpoint of Mandalore the Preserver
@@thewewguy8t88 well think if it like this. Djarins group of mandos are Mandalorians, they just practice a very ancient way. Djarin is Mandalorian as a foundling.
You gotta be kidding me. Why isn't Jango Fett on this list? My top 10 Mandalorians: 1. Jango Fett 2. Jaster Mereel 3. Boba Fett 4. Mandalore the Ultimate. 5. Kal Scirata 6. Fenn Shysa 7. Mandalore the Preserver. 8. Mandalore the Uniter. 9. Walon Vau. 10. Mandalore the First.
Concord Dawn, home of Jango Fett, was a Mandalorian colony world, so technically all inhabitants were Mandalorian foundlings after that point, hence why Jango has the armour and why Death Watch had a camp on Concord Dawn during the Clone Wars.
1: Boba Fett (The most iconic, the most interesting, and the most awesome) 2: Din Djarin (So frickin awesome and so frickin cool) 3: Bo Katan (Is probably the most fleshed out and developed Mandalorian) 4: Pre Visla (Has heavy ties to the dark saber which makes him interesting) 5: Jango Fett (The second most iconic in the entire Star Wars franchise) 6: Gar Saxon (His character arc is different from the rest of them) 7: Satine (She’s just very interesting and criminally underrated) 8: Sabine Ren (One of the coolest and best parts of the Rebels Show) 9: Mandalore the Ultimate (The others would not exist without him)

#0 - Grogu, after such long training under Luke Skywalker eye, he could finally come back to his father figure Din Djarin. He was able to gain experience from older Mandalorian and started to Fight like Jedi and Think like Mandalorians.
Everything related to Mandalore and the Mandalorians stems from Boba Fett. He served as the inspiration for the armor and the attitude. There would never have been any interest in the Mandalorians to begin with and there would be no series without him. He really should have been number one for that reason alone.
It's a difficult list to create because of how many awesome characters feature in the franchise from this race, but all things considered, I actually agree with most of the orders here, I'd put Satine higher myself but I can see why the others beat her. I see a lot of people saying Bo Katan ought to be higher but the problem I have with that idea is that she's not as resolute as the others on this list for the most part. Yeah sure, that is part of her character arc but there's something about the way Pre Vizsla dies that, while he's the sort of character we can love to hate, he holds to his convictions, regardless of where they lead. Bo Katan seems to be more flexible in a way not altogether a statement of her resolve, but her desire to win by any means, and it's just less inspiring as a result. Mace Windu has a son, Drez Windu.. He inherited his father's original Saber but now seeks the BMF. He traveled to Coruscant to seek out Senator Sano Sauro. Who he learned from salvagers, has his father's saber on display. He needs the second saber and the amethyst crystal to construct a lethal saber of revenge. He vows to avenge his father's death by destroying the Palpatine bloodline. Making Rey his primary target. This doesn't sit well with Finn, learning he is the offspring of a Jedi Master who gave him away. And Now his son is set to kill his best friend. When Drez meets Rey.. She has no idea who this hooded person is. Only that force pulses from him with every beat of his heart. A saber slowly slides out of his open robe. She was tense and confused watching the saber sway from side to side. Suddenly it stops dead center of the Drez's chest. SKKKKRRRRUHA the saber ignites a purple hue revealing fixated eyes as black as night. Then they separate and become two smaller unstable daggers as the crystal is no longer whole enough to sustain its balance. His hands grip so hard you can hear his bare knuckles grind as the saber pair move about his person. Rey Draws her saber as a smile escapes the young stranger. He sprints towards her, never touching his sabers. Leaps.. To Be Continued...Kal Skirata became the adopted father of Omega Squad and the Null-class Advanced Recon Commandos, RC-1136 of Omega Squad, Jedi Knight Etain Tur-Mukan, and ex-Jedi Knight Bardan Jusik. After the Clone Wars in Legends, he helped Rex, Cody, and hundreds of other clones escape the empire and start new lives. He kidnapped the Kaminoan scientist Ko Sai who developed the advanced aging all clones had. He was extremely lethal and Jango Fett was once called one of the dirtiest fighters. That not even counting the times Palpatine told him to do something and Kal told him where palps could stick it, or steal from him people and money. Now that's a Mandalorian Jango Fett was a Mandalorian in the EU: He was recruited very young by the Mandalorian leader Jaster Mereel after what was Death Watch at the time slayed his family. The Disney universe only kept the part "He fought the Mandalorian wars" but they will never admit smh that at the very end of the Mandalorian wars, Jango Fett was the leader of Mandalorians until they were slaughtered by the Jedi (You never wondered what could have pushed Count Dooku to leave the Jedi order at the time don't you?) Not to mention Jango Fett killed a LOT of Jedi in the EU and even killed Dooku's former apprentice Komari Vosa who had turned to the dark side which makes him as a matter of fact definitely the best Mandalorian in front of the actual mandalorian of the show... One story hiding another: you could also watch Montross's story if you're interested; As a traitor to the Mandalorians he is worth like ten Pre Vizzla at the very least But well, I'm only writing all of this for your culture folks, it's still non-canon according to Disney.
9:48 you say Boba is most legendary Bounty Hunter, while showing a clip of his jetpack being hit by a blind man and him flying haphazardly around and falling into the sarlak pit. Maybe use a different clip when praising the guy.

I know it's a stretch, but, if Din Djarin turns out to be Force sensitive, then maybe, just maybe, either he and/or Grogu (the Child) could be the next Mandalorian Jedi.
Jango Fett was a mandalorian, There’s a comic on his origins in which he lived on a mandalorain planet I believe I forget some of the details, but anyways he was a farmer and one day a group of mandalorian terrorists came looking for another mandalorain that they wanted to kill, and since Jangos family had helped him, the mandalorains killed his family. They were going to kill Jango as well but then the mandalorain along with other Mandalorians came and saved Jango, and Jango joins the clan
That's according to Legends, but if you watch The Mandalorian S2, Boba confirms that Jango was a foundling and even fought in the Mandalorian Civil War
Where is Shae Vizla, Mandalore the Avenger??? C'mon you guys mentioned others who never reached her level, she attacked the Jedi temple in the siege of Coruscant
How is Bo Katan so low on the list!? She should have been in top 5!!! Besides, Boba Fett is not a mandalorian even though i love him. He's just a boy taken by Jango from the clone army. Just because he wears a mandalorian armour does not mean he is a mandalorian. This is how my list would go excluding boba: 10. ursa ren 9. Mandalor the ultimate 8. The Armourer (her voice is soothing and she is badass) 7. Gar Saxon 6. Tarre Vizla 5. Sabine 4. Satine 3. Bo Katan 2. Pre Vizla 1, Din
Not red any books? That shows that mandalore the ultimate is a lot stronger and also has a much better written character Line than someone like Sabine…..
Brother mandalore the ultimate legit almost wiped out the republic when at its peak if wasn’t for revan and his grey Jedi he would’ve most definitely won. Not only that he would’ve mop the floor with katan (not saying I don’t like her) but when it comes to skill, leadership, and sheer accomplishment he might as well wipe the floor with everyone else as well
In legend, Jango, was a real mandalorian, he was adopted by them, fight in clan wars against the death watch, he became the leader of his clan, and was even considered as the Mandalore at some point... Such a shame disney threw all of this away... Now there he is not much to say about him in Canon... But to me he is a real Mandalorian, but i cane say the same thing for his son Boba, i agree with you on that one
@@obi_hoan6118 Boba was also Mandalor in legends, albeit a neglectful one until universe ending conflicts and the death of his daughter and pull of his granddaughter made him try to be better.

@@oscarbelmare_22 He may never have taken the Creed, but to become a Mandalorian, you just need to be pronounced one by another Mandalorian with either high authority or authority over you. Jango was Boba's adopted father(which makes him his guardian and gives him full responsibility by Creed) and he encoded Boba into his Chain Code. Thus he is a Mando. Also, while Jango is more badass(much more) Boba has much better character development and didn't end up getting his head sliced off in his first appearance (no insult intended, huge Jango fan)
I feel like Satine should have been 10. While others are Mandalorian for being welcomed into the culture and embracing it, she is Mandalorian by birth alone. She was a good person, and peace is generally an admirable goal, but we know what we want to see Mandalorians doing, and it's not giving speeches. Sabine is different, but she still holds fast as a warrior. She is a new mind putting old tools to fresh use. And we finally had an armored badass fighting for the right side in the better known media. Din Djarin was the second, she the first.
You said it so good. Satine was a good character, I found it interesting to see a mandalorian try to play pacifist. But I ended up siding with death watch since mandos are defined by war and violence.
