4711 is so underrated . But if you know , you know ! Simple , clean and effortless fresh. There is also a 4711 original jasmin flanker . So nice on a summer evening when the temperature is dropping and you can feel the magical tranquility of the night . Jasmin 4711 .. Love it .

Ohhh, Clinique !. My mothers signature scent. She wore it all year round, and to this day I feel nobody carried it off the way she did. My mother was a quietly confident, humble and wise woman. Yet that fragrance did not ever 'wear her', she softened and tamed it as it blended to utter perfection with her skin chemistry. Although she passed many years ago, I always have this perfume. I dont wear it often. It puzzles and perplexes me as to what to do with it? Occasion, time of year etc? I never know. I just know it represents a deep comfort at its core because I associate it so much with my mother. Beautiful

I have a 800 ml bottle of 4711. I splash it on my chest after every shower. It adds another layer of "cleanliness", if you can call it that.

I love your love of 4711!! The “cruising” scent, haha! 😂😂 I wear it often - it’s happy, fresh, uncomplicated, and I find it respectful to others because you bring with you this cleanness and lightness. It also has a surprising element even though it’s such an ‘old’ scent. ❤

@@essence-tiallydacob9611 its the classic German women carried in their handbags as wetwipes. Whenever I had dirty hands as a child in the 70s my mum would whip out a 4711-wipe and give me a vigorous scrub😂

love love love Chanel Biarritz....I almost love the fact it doesn't last (expensive for those moments though). But for the park in spring when everything is green and the shoots are just peeping through the earth and there's the promise of summer it would have to be Chanel 19. So happy for the Cologne Blanche. Never tried the OG, but have the current version. Wasn't crazy about it at first, so placed it in the closet and re-discovered it after about a year and I now love it. Not sure if it matured? Keep smelling myself haha

I remember this review, excellent Park selections. Speaking of parks, what are you doing this weekend? I plan to stay away from all things parks as there are just too many people everywhere this holiday weekend. Stay cool, stay safe and spray plenty of bug repelling aromatics haha.

Thank you Shirley! 🥰🙏🏻 I might wear the same perfume in both parks or maybe no perfume at all… or different perfumes…depends on my mood, the weather, the season and also depends on the type of vegetation growing in each park. However, I would not let the social status of any park condition my fragrance choices.
