And then they decided to throw it all away between Volumes because heaven fucking forbid we get a depiction of a steady, functional relationship in cartoons.
This scene wasn’t on the list but I always loved that moment when Rayla tried to explain her magic through body movements and sound effects only for Calum to say “That didn’t help at all, but I enjoyed it.” That scene is just funny and adorable too me.
Gonna add a few honorable mentions since they didn’t: -The beginning of through the moon: very cute scene leads to very heartfelt scene, shows them as a couple in a non-war setting for the first time - Raylas monologue in S4E3: shows how much she still cares for him despite how long they were apart - Their talk during the storm on the boat in S2: the scene that made the creators realize they might work as a couple, also shows how close they’ve gotten in such a short time - Their talk at the statue of Avizandum during S3: shows how even though they are breaking a barrier by being together, there’s still going to be a lot of work needed for elves and humans to have a good relationship - “hey that wasn’t part of the spell”: purely a comedy moment, but their awkwardness is amazing And lastly - the ending of TTM/Dear Callum: while yes this was technically their breakup, it really shows how much Rayla loves him because she is going to protect him. Also Dear Callum causes me physical pain There are so many other scenes to pick with them but these are the most significant/my personal favorites Seriously though I could make like a top 30 of scenes with these idiots in love
*Rayllum* is definitely my *OTP.* I know they still have some bad blood right now and it will be a while before they can trust one another again, but I hope their relationship continues to grow and develop throughout the remaining 3 seasons of *The Dragon Prince.*
a small moment i really love is when she stays out in the rain with him on the boat in s2. not only does her "i know that face it's the dumb idea face" coax a smile from him as she gets him out of his head, it also shows just how well they know each other. and then they get the lightning flash that inspired the crew to make them a couple in the first place! also the boat bonding scene in s1 on the river. always
Number one definitely. He desperately tries to unlock mage wings but just like his previous attempts it only works when his emotions are pure. Seeing the one he loves in danger made him unlock the power within. Plus the I love you really sold it completely
The official name for the score playing during the first real kiss is 'Because She's Rayla'. That is...another level of sweet. I _really_ hope these two can patch things up in the future.
Gotta love how #4,3, & 2 are literally scenes with the two of them building each other up & giving a gush fest about how much they admire the other. Love their supportive dynamic to bits!
More of an Ezran moment but Ez’s reaction when he witnesses Callum and Rayla kissing without knowing they had gotten together is a peak TDP comedy moment “Hey, that wasn’t part of the spell.” XD Oh Ezran, you sweet little ball of innocence
I agree with almost all of this list, my personal favourite moment is when they uses raylas keys and dance to enter the silver Grove, the way she looks at him when hold hands to finish the dance, and the way he looks back at her made my heart melt, that was a look of true love in her eyes
I have three favorites the time when rayla expressed her feelings and they shared their first kiss but callum was surprised the second time when callum expressed his feelings and kissed her And I love the " Shut up" part So cute! Also when she says " he's my friend My Best friend "awwwe! 😊😊 and finally the moment when Callum desperately wanted And even tried to save his beloved Rayla and they finally said "I love you" to eachother as they sored off and also I've known the 2018 film dragon prince since 2019 because i didn't have Netflix 2018 but I pretty much grew up with the dragon prince and today I just noticed the look on callums face when rayla was falling he looked so devastated and Shocked the look in his eyes his Pupils were so small his eyes were so wide and a saw the tears coming down his face he look shocked scared and devastated that moment was the most touching to Rayllum lovers in my opinion.

This is one of my favorite videos you've ever done! I'm a huge Rayllum shipper, I love them so much! Season 3 was full of Rayllum stuff and I loved it! I hope they get back together in season 5 so that we can have more Rayllum moments!
