@@darioa6385 Yeah I ordered a set myself just because that price can't be beat honestly and if they last just as long as the officials, they're still well worth the money.
Had my 2 pairs for a little over 3 months now and haven't touched the regular joy-cons since, besides twice for NFC Scan but everything else these can do and more comfortably. Even using 1 controller sideways is comfortable which was the one thing I was unsure about before ordering them, also they just look pleasing on the switch, but especially for the price I'd Highly suggest them.
i have the binboks, which is basically the same controller. this controller is great, except for the massive deadzones on cardinal directions (which makes any game with any sort of aim or precise movement unplayable). wish you included an analog stick test in the video.
I heard you could take them apart if you know how to do that kind of stuff and remove some type of cardboard in there and it makes it work better. I think Spawnwave talked about it in one of his RU-vid videos.
i agree with you jason… you cant play shooting game with 3rd party joycon almost unplayable…. i only use pro con when i play shooting game… you have anything in mind 3rd party joy con would you like to recommend?
3:00 those paddles will be great for racing games on the Switch and then using R and L for gears. Thats really hard to do when using ZL/ZR for car control and having to move your finger to change gears.
Changed the sticks for xbox elite sticks and after a small modification (the holes are bigger so I used hot glue to fill the space) I can't be happier.
I just got these and found that they have huge dead zone issues with the analog sticks which is very noticeable when playing games.. Anynone know if the split pad pro from hori have similar dead zone issues?
I've had nyxi's website bookmarked for months. I had a pair of the slim binboks so I really didn't need another pair joycons. Well....I dropped my switch and broke the rail on the the left joycon. So after watching your video I thought it was time to give these a try. But one of the reasons I decided to buy now was the review of the case. I had no idea the red and black case has animal crossing symbols on it. It looks really nice. I ordered the black joycons with the black and red case. Thank you for the discount code! Excited to get my order.
i bought mine a few month ago, and these are truly amazing. havent even looked at the original joycons since i got these. 1 thing these doesent do is scan amiibos.but i dont do that anyways so i dont care.
Hi thanks cta! Ive watched ur vid on the nyix switch controller and has ordered from them and used the discount code! Thanks so much! Looking forward to pair it with my oled switch!
I like my black ones! Loved the video. Thanks for the work! I would imagine if you have 3 cables, you can charge Nintendo Switch and both the controllers 3X faster… that’s BIG
You sold me on these I was gearing up to get the satisfye but saw how they are shafting people on their orders atm so I jumped ship and purchased these. I have big hopes for these as I’ve been in the market for a solid grip/ joycon alternative since I bought my oled.
I got them in black and white with full black case. Dont like is -Wish plastic feel less cheap and more like joy con. - rumble feels very high and not heavy or slow. - sticks where rubber and not hard plastic. Happy pay extra for this. Because rest thy are super.
Goodnight My friend. I have a question. Is it safe to buy them from the official page of these people? I have never bought off eBay and I don't know if it's safe. could you tell me?
Already decided to buy these though it's different brands, but i dunno it makes my hand tired faster, maybe it's not suited for my grip style. The older model which had smaller size is more comfortable for me, it smaller but fit more nice in my hand.
I got both this and the binbok, they feel slightly different and that might be due to this version being the C through version as they lack texture and is a clean and clear mold so there’s less grip
So I have the binbok, and my l button broke, and I may want to buy a new pair. I ran into this, they look like it’s the same patent or whatever. Is one better than the other? There is a sale and I’m considering buying the nyxi ones because of that.
@@ethansanft5657 the C through one are just weird but the bin bok feel more full in the hand while the nyxi feels slightly smaller but I think there pretty much the same but I like binbok more
Great video, congrats! I have one white color and love it. However, I can't play Fifa23 with it, I don't know why but when I enter into the game, the bottons don't work. This is the only one game that this happens. Do you know how to fix this?
Have one in black and it's fantastic the only minor issues for me is with the black piece for joining them together into a controller. It would have looked good in white rather than black (the main reason I stuck with black) and it would have been good to have a usbc on it to charge both devices at the same time. Other than those niggles I'm a happy customer with them and can't recommend them enough.
i have them in black got them from bin bok, i like them alot and the hori as well but i prefer joycons with a d-pad shell swap paired with a safisfye grip
Been thinking to buy new joy but some people said binboks are the best and some of them said nyxi are the soo... Which one is the best joycon controller for shooting gaming?
Hey guys, take care. I bought my controller in february 6 and until now, i do not receive the track number. I send 4 emails trying to get some help from Nyxi gaming and they only said that they are waiting for the express company. TAKE CARE !
Does it fit in the dock with the joycons attached? AND, does it charge the joycons while on the dock if so - since it charged them from being plugged into the Switch.
Recently got these but the vibration (especially on the left joycon) is VERY loud. Any idea why and how to maybe fix it? I have sent a video to Nyxi and asked if thats normal, they've sent me an replacement, but its the same with that one.
I'd Imagine like act very similar to the BinBok version which I have. When I tried to update the BinBok Joycons on the dock you just get an error message that says update unavailable for the joycons. The only way to update the BinBok version is to run a firmware updater via the PC with the Joycon connected via the USB C connection.
how does it hold up? I often have trouble with third party controllers doing the joycon drift after 1-4 months, rarely lasting 6 months. So far i have a nexigo controller grip that lasted hte longest thus far and love. But always looking for other alternatives.
@@CTAtechdesk Might look into getting this for my brother, i prefer my nexigo mainly. But he likes joycons but hates the many joycons he has gone through like me. He got some binboks that lasting decently so far compared to some others.
Searched for awhile for Joy Cons that could also be docked without having to remove them. I ordered these March 1st, still haven't received them though.
@@CTAtechdesk Thanks for the quick answer. 👌🏾 I watched another video and they're exactly the same joy-cons. I will buy them from NYXI, bc they're currently 10$ cheaper.
Hmmm. I wonder if it’s an issue with the battery. Not sure what the solution is but assume they are fully charged. Or maybe check connection points with the switch.
hey i like these but the thing I'm worried about is that I've heard these are cheaply made and have manufacturing effects and maybe Nintendo will make an update to ban them
