After that, I'm honestly starting to think ice is the worst type all around, aside from some heavy hitters

@@hamburg4034 I agree. Ice is much worse than bug. It’s only resistance is... Ice.. and then it’s weaknesses are Fire, Steel, Fighting and I think Rock as well. So it’s a bad defensive typing. But even then it’s offensive capabilities aren’t great. Being strong against Grass, Flying, ground and dragon. Grass already has so many weaknesses so it’s just not great against it. Flying and ground it is very good for however pre gen 7 you will always have a water type for ground type pokemon because of needing surf and waterfall. And then it being good against dragon is amazing. Except the fact that steel and Fairy which are arguably the 2 best types in the game alongside dragon are both strong to dragon.. so you’ll definitely be using one of them over an ice type.. there are some dual type ice types which are incredible like Weavile and Alolan Ninetales but ice as it is isn’t that amazing

@Razor Leafy Doesn't need them, those fangs are more than strong enough to carry it's prey.

It also can move at the speed of ants and lift sticks

I've played through Ultra Sun twice now and I CAN'T KILL HIS STUPID GOLISSOPOD!!! I can defeat it, sure, but nothing seems to be effective somehow, it's so confusing...

@@zionfalconi5415 I Like running the set of -First Impression -Leech life -Razor Shell -Drill run With 252 ev's in attack and speed with the item assault vest. Golisopod will only have a big problem with flying type pokemon

Its ability Emergency Exit is so bad, if it didn't got that ability than I think it'll be on the list

@@Martin724K but it'll allow it to use first impression a second time, which is a base 90 power move that hits like a truck.

That ability of golisopod so bad though. Maybe that alone kept it out

Frosmoth is slow, frail, and has two 4x weaknesses. Ice scales is a great ability but it A) is a hidden ability so it's pretty rare and B) it's still getting KO'D by an ember.

Ice is an offensive type by my books. a fast ice type is enough to destroy everything such as Weavile but something slow would ruin it so i wouldn’t call Frosmoth good but it’s snom so who cares

Vikavolt or galvantula should be swapped to golisopod..yanmega isn't that good though

@@zama273 Yep love Volcorna, I loved it especially in gen 7 competitive using quiver dance to get that +1 special attack and speed. Then they though they could wall my Volcorna with their Toxapex and that's where shatter psychic comes in.
