Love your videos! We visit Oahu often, but never did many tourist things, so this was helpful as we’d like to start checking a few things out on our upcoming trips 😊
@@ManpsOnTheMap lol thank you! We’re on it! Lol 😂 we just saved a bunch of your videos to our watch later list lol 😂 we’re in Oahu about 1-2 months a year so these are very fun and helpful! Our family really enjoys your personality and content! Appreciate you! 🤗🤗😊😊
@@amberayame415 lol amazing love it! Thanks for supporting the channel, makes the time I spend creating these videos completely worth it! That is amazing you can spend so much time there…one of the most incredible places I’ve visited!
Manoa Falls: THINGS THEY DO NOT TELL YOU. 1) Wear good sneakers/tennis shoes. (Do not wear canvas white shoes) 2) get travel packets of OFF for the mosquitoes (they sell some at the store at the base of water fall). If you don’t use them, the mosquitoes will be tweeting about you on every insect social platform. 3) there is a place with a hose to wash off your feet after sliding down the slippery mud coming back down at the bridge in the second parking lot 4) it’s not paved. The only concrete is in the parking lot, the store, the drive up and at the very top (gigantic pyramid stone cut steps) of the hiking trail. 5) the waterfall empties into a pool that people swim in, but READ the SIGNS about what MIGHT be in the water there. On those notes, this is a very good video. Even without this vid, we did almost everything suggested. Paradise Cove Luau was most spectacular. 🌺🤙
It depends really, I went in September and had a great time - as I mentioned in the video, Whale watching is earlier in the year if you you're really keen to experience that.
