No, I also got my hopes up because they usually don't mention Cristina but I recently saw Sandra Oh in an interview talking about killing Eve and she was asked if she would ever go back to Grey's for an episode or a cameo and she said flat out NO! When Christina had to have emergency surgery from an ectopic pregnancy and she finally broke down and started to uncontrollably cry and her mother said she was expecting her to lose her facilities and Meredith got Christina's mother out of the room for her should've been one as well. But with so many memorable Meredith and Christina moments your list was done very well and did them both justice.

Christina reminded Meredith of her mother because of how focused she was on her career and surgeries. They were two totally different people who started out on the same page in the same season but then as the years went by they went different paths and had different agendas and goals. Now 16 seasons later Meredith has lost her best friend who is still alive but in another country and her husband who is dead

God blessed me with a Christina to my Meredith, Louise to my Thelma and the person in this world that I treasure beyond what I can put into words. Luckily we met in 7th grade and we are now 50 so we've had all these years to spend together as besties. I'd give my life for her without one seconds thought and as we get older it scares me to think about the inevitable. Which one will go first and how will the other one go on without her? Hands down, Christina is my favourite character on this show, and no one before or since have topped her... She's the kind of person that makes me want to ask myself 'What would Christina Yang do?' when I have no idea how to handle a situation... It's not always a helpful answer, but it's definitely entertaining, and sometimes, it's a way to get the courage to do what I won't admit to myself that I should do....

I wish that too. But I found out it’s really hard to have such relationships. I have noticed that if someone at work doesn’t throw you under the bus, they are already a Cristina for you. Most people withhold information, lie around, or pretend knowing nothing, or backstab, or take advantage of your weakened position, or shy away when things happen, etc. that’s the reason we love these shows. We seek things we value in the shows to sooth our minds.

Unpopular opinion ahead: I actually like the friendship between Meredith and Alex more. It was one of the only male female friendships that never turned romantic. Also, their relationship has stayed strong through all the seasons of the show, whereas Christina left in season 10. They just care so much for each other and it shows.

"He is not the sun" should've been #1 in my opinion. Honorable mentions should've included Meredith laying with Cristina under the OR table during Cristina's PTSD episode, Cristina asking if Meredith wanted to smoke crack when Cristina finally returned to work after the shooting and a small moment where Cristina used the sleeve of her lab coat to wipe some blood off Meredith's neck when Meredith was running the ER and trying to get pregnant.
