Yellowtongue cocktail recipe (based on the sour cocktail, Gold Rush)

- 60ml (2 ounces) boubon
- 22.5ml (3/4 ounce) honey syrup
- 22.5ml (3/4 ounce) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pinch of sushi ginger or fresh muddled ginger
Shake all ingredients then double strain over a 200ml glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime or lemon wheel.
