Valiant's 2012 relaunch line deserves so much respect. This company kills it way too often, hope it gets more mainstream soon.

If you can find any trades, I'd recommend Andy Diggle's run on Shadowman in 2018. It gives the character more lore that sheds more light on where his powers came from. Very good read.

XO by Vendetti and Bloodshot by Lemiere were great. I loved the 90s valiant also but I'd agree that not "great" longer story arcs over all in that era. Usually reboots are for taking characters in totally different directions by Valiant paid homage to the origins and made them better.

Hard to believe that it was almost 10 years ago. I have all the deluxe hardcovers, except those few that were collected twice.

I read the first volume of Kindt’s Ninjak recently, and really liked it, although, unfortunately, I haven’t read any other Valiant reboot books.

Valiant was great from 2012 until DMG took over, now the books are not worthy of the Valiant name except Rai which is excellent. Bloodshot and XO have been ruined. It WAS a great company!

Dude I've just invested in the Rai and 4001ad trades by Kindt (the deluxe eds. are like rocking horse shit in the UK). This is my entry into the valiant universe so I'm looking forward to it. I really like the look of Divinity as well. Cheers guys

I love these videos. Alas, I don't have any Valiant books 😕But that will change next year. I think the missus has bought me the 3 deluxe HC editions of Paper Girls for Christmas, so I can't really be treating myself to anything at the moment 😉

Started collecting Rai in floppies as the deluxe is rare. Just need to finish the run with the 4001ad event......then divinity is next on the list
