I hope that Ice and Rock get less weaknesses as a type because common. Especially Ice its only effective against bad types all ready it needs a push in gen 8. So many cool Iceytypes you can't use especially tanky pokemon

The problem with Ice types is that you have no need to run them, since most Water types can learn Ice moves anyhow, so you don’t have to deal with the downsides of Ice types. (I.e. their type weaknesses.) Stealth Rock just absolutely destroys Ice Types, unfortunately, and since everyone in competitive runs Stealth Rock... oof.
Thats why rapid spin and a ghost type to spinblock can be so useful in 6 vs 6 matches. But to be honest, stealth rock is soooooo rare in 3 vs 3 free battles that you dont really even have to think about it. Everyone either stalls hard without any field support like stealth rocks or spikes, or they go the hyper offense route. When its a 3 vs 3 you can just choose not to use charizard or moltres if you suspect a stealth rock lead.

I think they should give the Regis a special ability. For example: Regirock: Earthly Pressure: make it immune to Fighting type moves, physical moves against Regirock have a small chance of damaging the attacker Regice: Eternal Ice: immune to fire damage, Physical moves against Regice have a small chance of freezing the opponents Registeel: Blinding steel: Special attacks used against Registeel have a small chance of lowering the opponents accuracy Regigigas: Ancient Slumber: speed and attack stats are halved for one (or 2 turns) but Defence and Special defence are 15% stronger during that span That would make them all unique and more powerful (also, ice should resist water and maybe dragon, immune to ice, and steel should deal neutral damage)
They're not that special. Why give unique abilities for badly-designed Pokemon? I suggest they should change the ability to those Pokemon who has Pressure.

Ive heard that Phione exists as a consequence of Manaphy coming from an egg. The way the games engine was set up, it didn't like that Manaphy could only be hatched, but could not breed. They found the best way to deal with that is to just make it breed into an inferior version of itself.
Articuno will always have a special place in my heart. Growing up playing LeafGreen, Articuno was the only legendary I caught (cuz my stupid younger self didn’t think about saving before the fights) and it became my second strongest Pokémon on my team behind my Blastoise. It helped me dominate the Elite Four and I love it so much. Plus I don’t do competitive battling so I don’t care about its stats lol
Articuno is my second favourite legendary behind Lugia, I used It when I played Fire Red and was the reason why I beat Blue, it was my last pokemon and it criticaled Blue´s Gyarados, I loved it since then and I love its design. That´s why I also dont care about stats or typing
holy crap, replace Articuno with Moltres (and replace LeafGreen with Blue) and you pretty are one-for-one for me when I was growing up, we even started with the same starter too :P

Even tho it's way more common than any other legendary, since Legendary's themselves aren't unique (Or at least some), it's a Pokemon imbued with strenght, and good enough habilities to be considered as that, a legend in the Pokemon world, like a part of the 3 dogs as it was once suposed to be.

They are different. Ho-Oh is physical and spamming BB and SF while also being able to switch into a shit ton of special moves and having Regenerator. I'd really compare it with Zard y. It has a way batter special attack and a sun boost from drought also negating its water weakness and making it harder for water types to switch into Solar Beam.
A legendary Phoenix that is the Color Pokemon, has the power to REVIVE Pokemon into different forms, and has a Marshmallow assistant, (Marshadow, who I remind you is now a monster in the official games,) who is respectfully typed as a Fire Flying, is shamefully overshadowed by a R34 mis-typed Psychic Flying, Lugia, who looks Water Flying but is not. It makes me sad.

Fun Fact: Silvally was a "failed" experiment to recreate arceus! Thats why it was the same typing, looks similar, is a legendary and can change its types by holding diffrent items!
Link The archer while you are correct, Registeel is a pretty ok wall with its high defenses and steel typing. If I recall correctly, it was UU according to Smogon in gen 5, which is leagues higher than the other three have ever been

gen 4 a rock move with 100 power was released, stone edge, also there was a status move called Stealth rocks, as said on the video, that damages the pokemon every time it is switch in. That, and low stats killed Regice.

Nah, even if Type: Null was confirmed to be a legendary, it is still arguably better than Silvally. Yes Type:Null has less options, but run an eviolite bulky set and it performs well. Silvally's biggest weakness isn't its stats but its ability. Memories don't give a move type bonus like plates, so while using one Silvally is basically item-less. You could run a life orb or choice item on it, but then its ability isn't helping! So overall Silvally is dead weight one way or another thanks to its ability. At least Type:Null's battle armor protects it from crits, very useful on a bulky 'mon.
Silvally saw some use last VGC and on some of the official wifi tournaments because it has access to Parting Shot + Explosion as sort of a niche. Type Null never saw any serious play at all because Porygon2 is better at everything.

Ye bc it only takes double damage from rock moves. Articuno is a bad typing (any ice type is) and moltres is upstaged by even talonflame. Those two both take 4x damage from rock moves
I don't really like the way they shit on Phione, Cosmog, and Cosmoem. Sure they're really weak Legendaries but the point of them isn't to be good battlers. They're more just for the lore of the game/universe
go play pokemon insurgence, it's a fan game where you avengely get regigigas and it has some kind of primal evolution. (without slow start) I really recommend the game. It's like a regular pokemon game with a story and stuff but it wasn't made by game freak obviously. (it also has some kind of different form of many pokemon, called delta's)

Despite the 3 teams in Pokemon GO having the three legendary birds as mascots, I have always treated the teams as if they were based on the Lake Trio: Emotion (Valor), Intellect (Mystic), and, well, that leaves Willpower to Team Instinct. Or Instinct takes Emotion and Valor takes Willpower.
I mean to video games they suck but looking into the show and there purpose, we can see why they are pretty important. Not every pokemon was meant to fight.

I once started a randomizer with Cosmoem that only knew Teleport. I decided to restart the game, as trying to get past the 1st route is impossible if I didn't catch a pokémon with those 5 pokéballs.

For Silvally you forgot to mention that its signature move is a physical attack, but all of the other good moves it can learn are special. So if you want to run Multi-Attack, you have to either use sub-par coverage moves and have a very strong signature move or you can have good moves all around but your signature move (120/100) is wasted

Lord Fishron you could just get a setup pokemon with agility and swords dance and baton pass. Try to use them once or twice if lucky. Have that pokemon hold a focus sash, and use bston pass to regigigas. Only if you are on singles, but that sucks.

Could you do a video on how Ash (and other trainers) communicate with their pokemon. In one of Lucario's pokedex enterys it said that Lucario can understand human language, this implys that other pokemon can't understand human language. How do pokemon understand what their trainers are telling them?
For the record, Regice can be awesome. The only thing holding it back is the Ice Typing. I remember using it, a lot back in my Gen 4 days. Used Regigigas a lot too btw. Fun times.
For those of you wondering about Mesprit: It's stats are OK, with 80 speed/HP and 105 in its other stats (80/105/105/105/105/80). Those stats are actually not bad, but for a legendary they're kinda meh. It's outclassed, though, and that's its real flaw. Offensively, most psychic types are faster and can hit harder. Defensively, it's typing leaves much to be desired, and its movepool is unimpressive by all means (it's got thunder wave + screens, but it has to rely on Rest/Sleep Talk for healing which limits it greatly). Mixed offense/defense? Again, it needs rest/sleep talk to heal, which is half its moves right there, leaving it two moves left. Calm mind would be nice, but then it's just left with psychic offensively. BoltBeam would have great coverage, but the power is just not there. No healing move? Well, then you'd maybe get a couple hits off, which could be worse, but again, it's just outclassed. Mew is its biggest competition, with a godly support movepool and similar offensive stats, and it just has nothing to compete with it (the marginally higher attack is rendered useless by the lower speed, and that HP stops any defensive increases from mattering).
Yeah but regular non fused necrozma basically is handicapped, so it needs to fuse with a much stronger legendary than it to be stronger. It’s basically just like Kyurem’s situation.
