I've never, ever disliked a movie more than I've disliked Suicide Squad. Some people insist Harley Quinn is amazing in it. She's obnoxious and everything she says is a cringe-y joke. Everything about that movie failed. The direction was garbage, the special effects were garbage, the pacing was garbage, the "best" performance in the movie is by Jai Courtney and the rest are garbage, the cinematography is dark and garbage, the consistency of tone is garbage, the the plot is garbage, the villain was garbage, and the editing is singularly the worst editing I have ever seen and also garbage. Everything about that movie failed. Everything dropped the ball. Everything. I truly can't comprehend how some people actually enjoy this movie. Great video John. How do you even find movies such as I Am Wrath?

Not since World War Z in 2013 was I this baffled by how well receive a movie got because what I saw was an unoriginal, cliche, formularic, predictable, and forgettable animated film. Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice [1.5/5 (D+)] (Most disappointing movie I've seen this year. DC Films, Warner Brothers, and Zack Snyder, YOU FUCKED IT UP) 8. Mike and Dave Need a Better Movie [1.5/5 (D+)] 7. Ice Age: Collision Failure [1/5 (D)] (Without question the most unnecessary film to come out this year. I watched the 2016 Ghostbusters on a free Blu-Ray for the first time only last week - despite everything I heard about the film it was worse than I expected. I think it's summed up by the white hair scene at the end of the film with the two main characters - that's it, they have white hair... and then in the next scene they have normal hair again... and then the film ends.... That's basically the entire film.

I agree with all of them except Blair Witch. That is in my Top 15 favorites of 2016. It's kinda of a sequel and in reboot all at once. I feel that it did expand the mythology quite a bit while leaving some questions for the audience that will hopefully be explored one day.

A lot of these movies were not just terrible, they were disappointing, which is even worse. So many of them were sequels or remakes of beloved movies, for which many people carry a lot of nostalgia. It's a huge disappointment to be let-down after looking forward to something for so long!

almost every movie on this list was either a sequel, reboot, spin off, or knock off of another movie. None of these were an original script movie

my worst film experiences of 2016 is any film that had Steven Seagal in it, every new film i saw him in i felt like blowing my brains out, i was asking myself, why do i put myself through hell knowing that the last Steven Seagal movie i watch was shit, then i watched another then learning that he is getting worse and worse in films, and also slower. so that's my intake of worst movies with the same actor.

Batman vs. Superman was awful! How is it possible to make a movie with the two greatest superheroes in the world....boring!! Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor was a bad choice, he was just too over the top and seemed more like a whiny kid, than an evil genius.

I actually like John Travolta in Swordfish(2001), which I think was his most underrated role ever. I have never seen a Travolta that was so calm, so sure of himself throughout the entire movie. One of his most subtle performances ever, in terms of him opening his mouth that is. Anyone else remember Swordfish?

I really hope they respond to the criticism of the new Blair Witch film. The mythology made the first film for me, and i think a none found footage prequel could build up some interesting lore. Wishful thinking i guess, found footage is cheap with good returns :(

I actually really liked Blair Witch. It showed the way the first one would've worked with modern tech. The characters are bland at times but all of them have their one moment, none of them feel completely left out. And the witch itself was still a very interesting concept, and even though we saw 'more' we didn't see anything at all.
