Gresh854 fact he doesn't actually freeze time at all he runs at speeds faster than sound the movie slowed it down due to comical purposes i'm 11 and i know that read the comics people don't just think that movies are main continuity Knowledge is amazing
Gresh854 He doesn't freeze time... in the movies, it's more useful to slow everything down to show what he does since he's going faster than everything else. Because if they showed in the movies him going actually going at the speed he does it wouldn't be as unique or special. But yeah he doesn't freeze time..
+Emad Ahmed Honestly I feel like telekinesis should have been #1. A master-level telekinetic could have done ANY of the things on this list. A master of telekinesis can control energy and matter to a subatomic level and could literally achieve any feat they wanted.
How about this to complete the sell, Charles the most powerful telepath in X-Men can transfer his mind into another body and completely take it over, also he keeps his powers in that deal. Now imagine if he did this to another mutant say Storm, Night Crawler or Cyclops for example. Thats two full set of powers and he can keep switching to a younger body (immortality). It may not look great but its potential is limitless.
Jimbob1337 and he is an omega level mutant which is increasingly more dangerous than of wolverines adamantium skeletal structure and his healing factor
I love Darwin's adaptation powers. You shoot him? His body becomes metal. Set him on fire? He turns into the Human Torch. Hulk is about to kill him? Teleports to a safe distance.
ShimmySchimeon I didn't say she stole powers. LOL. Due to her ability to shapeshifting she can change a lot about her body than just appearance. She can now create wings, extra limbs, change her eyes to work like cat eyes, etc. Her shapeshifting ability grants her a healing factor like Wolverine's. She's like 100 years old.
What?! No telekinesis? The ultimate power to move damn near anything with your mind, including yourself thus making you fly? The best superpower ever in my book next to Kitty's fazing power.
Bubbles The Gaming Unicorn Mutates gain their powers from non-natural sources (Spidey, for instance, got his from a spider bite) while mutants are born with their powers.
Why is no one saying Scarlet Witch?? Reality warping??? She erased most of the mutant species by only speaking three words In a beginning I thought that well, maybe because she's more of an Avenger along with Quicksilver, but then I saw Quicksilver in honorary mentions and... why???
Sebastian Shaw... The guy was capable of absorbing any kind of kinetic energy... Remember the combined hit Ultron took from Iron Man, Thor and Vision? Imagine what Shaw would had done!!
Dubstep Ninja Yes, he would had been invincible for the avengers. The only way the X men managed to get him down was because of profesor x, only a telepath can defeat him.
Cant magneto just twist him whenever he wants with his powers? In the vacuum it's an awesome power, but when your main bad guy can use you as a tin soldier it kinda sucks...
Anthonyindiana563 The guy is awsome, he´s like superman without the fancy schmancy powers. I down voted the video for not atleast putting him in honorable mentions.
mateo ostorero I think his metal (Osmium or something similar) is too strong for Magneto to bend or twist, but he can definitely flick his finger and send Colossus flying so far that even Nightcrawler would take a while to retrieve him. However, it could just be that Magneto has never tried to bend it, but could of he wanted to.
mateo ostorero luckily magnito loves him some mutants or the xmen could have been dead a loooong time ago i could have sworn i read somewhere that its organic an non magnetic
being fast is overrated, Teleporting from place to place never being seen is way better than being very fast. when your Fast people & cops can see your shadow and kind of follow it. but nobody see's a trail of your path when you teleport.
The Phoenix's power of existence mastery should be the #1 superpower. It is literally the God power. Nothing can beat it. "It can warp the reality, bring anything into existence, freely manipulate all existing things, and return them to nothingness when their purpose is extinguished."
What about Blink from Days of Future Past? The power to create multiple portals sounds mundane but the way they showcased it in the movie made it seem like the best power.
For me, Super Speed is what I like the most. Since I could do anything at anytime without having to hurry so much. And yeah, the side effect is... you might have to replace your shoes a lot but that's a fair trade and still, Quicksilver was able to save his father (Magneto) from prison and was able to beat the shit out of Apocalypse. (Though he was soon caught but still, he seemed to be the only one who hurt Apocalypse with bare hands) 😂😂😂 Plus, imagine all the fun you'll have messing with people in slow motion XD
"Your tendency to come back from the brink of death has nothing to do with your healing factor. your mutant power isn't regeneration. It's popularity." - Deadpool to Wolverine
What you say is not entirely correct. Magneto's power in reality is not limited to Metals, Magneto has almost total control over the Earth's Magnetic Field, which means that indeed he can repulse or attract every single thing, even incorporeal (Terrestrial Magnetism protect us from Solar storms, much for example ). That said, the Telekinesis is certainly to be included in the first positions of this ridiculous chart.
Cryokinesis, pyrokinesis, omnilingualism, eidetic memories, electrokinesis, animal communication and teleportation are the most intriguing superpowers to me.
My favorite mutants will always be Jean Grey, Storm, Wolverine, Rogue, Magneto, Mystique, Jubilee and Quicksilver. Man, I love X-Men. The comic books, cartoons, movies...ALL
Telepathy's cool but c'mon...Jean Grey's Telekinesis is so much better! Especially when taken to the extreme with Pheonix. You can basically do anything and everything.
I think the Scarlet Witch's powers should have been on here, because at one point she was able to alter reality with them, and even before that, her powers were really useful
azurewestzx Magnetism isn't just metal telekinesis though, it's one of the 4 fundamental forces of the UNIVERSE! You can do some crazy things if you can control electromagnetism. It's significantly more powerful than just moving things with your mind, it's more powerful than telepathy too, really.
azurewestzx But can telekinesis unravel a person at the subatomic level? Magnetic manipulation can, as Magneto once did to Apocalypse in the Age of Apocalypse storyline. (He also once EMP'd the entire planet, indirectly causing the deaths of tens of thousands).
My only problem with this list is the wording. "Impersonating", I would say Shape-Shifting, so precise she can mimic someone down to the DNA...In some instances she is even able to copy the powers of other mutants. "Magnetism", technically yes but its much more than that.He can create and manipulate electromagnetic fields, giving him his impressive power set, flight, energy blasts, magnetism...he even once amplified the Earths magnetic field saving the world form a catastrophic event. Same with "Weather Manipulation". Storm can manipulate atmospheric pressure, yes changing the weather, but also creating proper atmospheric conditions, allowing her to breath on other planets. Like I said, no problem with the list, just the description of the powers given!
nigglobigglo Hulks healing factor is also better than Wolverines, so Wolverine is nowhere close to being able to take this power to the very limit. Even Maijan Buu from Dragon Ball Z has survived worse than Wolverine.
Wolverine healed when all his cells are destroyed and only a skeleton remains. Deadpool heals from cell multiplying so if you destroy all of deadpool's cells, he won't heal again. The healing factor is not what makes him immortal, thanos literally cursed deadpool to be immortal so wolverine's healing factor is actually better than deadpool's. I think the same applies to hulk. BTW, deadpool's healing factor is a modified version of wolverine's so they heal at the same speed but wolverine's has a few benefits.
5. Mind read/control 4. Super speed 3. Telekinesis 2. Regeneration (actually read that the only way to kill Wolverine is to cut his head off) 1. Reality warping (literally nothing can beat it)
They're only doing the most popular X-Men. Has anybody heard of Sage? She has a computer-like brain. Perfect memory, able to memorize new information in seconds. She can calculate the probabilities of scenarios and make the perfect decision at the snap of a finger. It's like she's on the fucking Limitless pill all the time. Definitely my favorite power :)
1. What happened to Telekinesis? 2. Leech can cancel mutant powers. 3. Longshot has extreme luck :D Can always hit his mark with a gun. 4. Domino- Similar power as Longshot and she looks cool :) 5. Fitzroy-Time Travel. Should be up there on the list. 6. Proteus-Reality manipulation. Should be up there on the list. --See watchmojo, once again I've done your next list! LOL
Victor Van Leeuwen completely incorrect there, is a tornado not devastating enough there. Or maybe solar winds directed at you. Or controlling the air inside you lungs to starve you of oxygen. Lightning is only one of the weapons.
Richie Alarcón she controls the elements so she can create fire to an extent and could do the exact same thing as iceman except from body transformation
it'd be so cool if walk through walls, read people's minds/control them, control metal, run really fast, or teleport. If I had one of those for just 1 day i'd go crazy with it
telekenesis should probably be number one, or at least no. two, only cuz telepaths can also control telekinetics. one thing i never really quite agreed with was that telepaths cant penetrate someones mind shielded by a helmet. i mean, they still have a brain, and most of the time their faces are exposed (like eric), and (probably) to be more correct, the spinal cord is an extension of the brain. it shoud also be affected by telepaths. to me this hindrance sounds more like a way to give a weakness to telepaths. i dont think that the cerebelum has to be exposed for the person to be affected. any. also, shapeshifting is useful and awsome but to be ranked higher than healing and power absorption and others just seems kinda.....not right. like stated here, mystique isnt unique (although hank and charles think so). i grew to like her since the very first movie cuz of her fighting ability and, of course, her shapeshifting, but copycat can not only shapeshift but can also copy powers and abilites. too bad nobody talks about her. (this was the biggest problem i had with DOFP, cuz mystique can only look like someone or something else, it doest mean that she transforms into the exact same thing. to make sentinels adapt to any target, they shoudve used rogue- which i think happend, - or darwin, but they had to kill him in the first one. Arrrgh!!!) on the other hand, i havent heard of someone else having weather manipulation other than ororo. so it shoudve ranked higher, around #5 or #4. now, why do they alway make storm use her powers to make it rain or snow? why cant they make her use it to make make a drought or super hot. and also, boby has thermokenesis, meaning that he shoud also be able to turn up the temperature. heck, he coud probably turn into water, or even vapor. lol. that woud be realistic (given the word thermokenesis) and useful. i also wonder if kitty coud also phase thru light since light behaves as waves and particles. i think she coud even be invinsible, though it sounds kinda dangerous cuz that woud make her fall thru the floor at the same time, i think, lol.
I really agree with you. I think it's dumb that helmets made to counter telepaths exist. Like bruh, your forehead is still exposed, can't telepaths just enter your brain through there? They did it probably cause most of the plot wouldn't have happened if Charles could just control Erik even with a helmet.
Deadpool has the power to break the fourth wall, not even mentioning his healing factor that makes Wolverine go "wow I wish I had Deadpool's healing factor, bub" Deadpool wins, hands down.
To me, the healing factor is the best/most interesting power. I mean, sure, you are (almost) invincible but I think what makes it way more valuable is that you (almost) live forever. That means you get to see all the future stuff and never have to be afraid of change in times...
*J'onn is his name. And he is ridiculously overpowered. That's why DC is retarded sometimes. They have too many overpowered heroes that have like every single power...
Wolverine vs Deadpool It's funny because MM and characters of his level would only be considered overpowered pretty much anywhere other than the DC universe, which is filled to the brim with more powerful characters. Plus, martians are weak to fire, which I guess you could say is a "stupid kryptonite weakness".
Ethan Fisher Except his weakness to fire is often considered psychological, like a phobia, and as a result, he has often overcome this weakness in the comics, leaving him with basically no weaknesses
tenth doctor taylor05 OK, mind reading is cool, but what if all you hear from your cat is "meow meow meow"? LOL (I'm Kidding, thanks for your comment.)
If I could have any it's Storm, the hability to fly through the manipulation of wheater it seems awesome, as well as the fury and devastation of weather is something that nobody has ever controlled, not yet predicted
Telepathy should be first. By controlling the mind or manupliating it, there's no limit. Everything starts with the mind, and if you can play with it, you've won the battle before it even began.
+INDIGO BLUEoO with telekinesis you can put a forcefield protecting the head area making a physic block. Plus if you had the power I wanna see you fight a Sentinel with no people or animals around
Not a bad list but it's all about Elixir. The power to do absolutely anything to a human body, including giving Striker a brain tumour in the shape or the x-men logo and bringing people back to life after they were shot in the heart? That right there is one kick arse power
+shaolin joe When you're so fast everything around you happens super slow giving you all the options to do anything and not even been seen it's far better than teleportation.
Kitty Pryde can do so much more with her phasing. She can levitate and walk on the air, can rip someone's heart out of them, and can easily kill someone by doing so or my solidifying herself in someone, she was able to kill Wolverine by solidifying her hand in his head.
Markus Wiedner Actually Wolverines claws are also a mutation. Although not as crazy as other mutations the X-Men possess, they are entirely natural to Logan's skeleton. Once he underwent the modifications of the Weapon X program, his claws were covered in adamantium, just like the rest of his skeleton.
