Toast might not be a pro-player, but from his performances against pro players like WTYBill, or when he beat Firebat, world champion at the time, with a meme deck... he definitely has the skills to be a pro player, if he wanted to.
Sniping in PUBG is pretty damn hard, as sure there are 99 slots. However there are so many damn matches starting at the same time and PUBG do have a match start delay for those to join and leave too fast multiple times.
