First I was like : I will never listen this playlist entirely. The songs will be too similar or redundant. But you basically did a good job assembling thoses musics, varying beetween calm, epic, moody songs and adding remixes to the bunch. As a result it is a great playlist to listen while working, nice job!

@@zelda-kirby_fan Yes we can see a lot of care was given to this video, from the visuals the presentation of the songs, to the little details like gameplay footage for the top 10 songs. I also thought the ending mix moving from the first game to the last entries was a very good idea (Even though I felt the mixing was slightly messy at the very end to be very picky). So thanks for your hard work! As a result such a long video allows the listener to start to understand the the mindset of the creator. And my guess would be that you are a relatively recent FE enjoyer and that you probably discovered the serie with FE Awakening ;)
@@mega77 Thanks!, I appreciate you sharing your thoughts, also yeah I guess that's what happens when you have around 7 songs playing at the same time... but at least it isn't so bad. Wow! You guessed both right, I must say I'm quite impressed, tho perhaps it wasn't that hard to conclude anyway. I've been enjoying it since middle 2020, and while technically it was with smash brawl that I discovered it, my first and absolute favorite was Awakening indeed, that game was not only one of the best I've played in my life, but it was also one that helped me when I was in my darkest hour, thus I hold a lot of fondness on the game and the series as a whole. Since then I've played Fates (Birthright and Revelations), Echoes (the best of the entire series in my opinion^^), Three Houses (Church and Dimitri's Route, I don't remember the actual names), Shadow Dragon, Gaiden, Binding Blade and Blazing Blade, and I've enjoyed every one!!... except for Revelations. I'd like to know yours as well, I've never been good with guesses but I'll try: You've been enjoying FE from quite a good time (+3 years) and you also discovered the series with Awakening ;) Again thanks for listening and sharing!
@@zelda-kirby_fan I can easily imagine this is not easy to layer and make clean transition on such a long and complex song! Unfortunately you guessed wrong ^^ But technically I had the same process than yours: I discovered FE via Smash Bros, but mine was Melee! And my first Fire emblem was well technically Fire Emblem aka FE7 🙂 Absolutely loved the game, the ambiance story, music and the challenge for its time, still my favorite in my Heart even though Three Houses is a better game since the series improved over the year. I didn't play as much FE games as you did but after FE7 I played Shadow Dragon on DS, then Awakening, Conquest and Three Houses. But I have Echoes on my shelf and I broke my Bank Account to get Path of Radiance. I plan to get FE8, Radiant dawn and a new shadow dragon in the future. I really like the new games, but I have a sweets pot for the GBA less fantasy setting, and their clean and efficient game systems. As a side note Fire emblem got me started on my side hustle. As I was searching to create cases for my Gameboy games, I was really upset to find low quality stretched images for FE7. I was so angry that I started making my own boxes. Now I have my own shop on Etsy, and you can find the boxes I created for FE7 and FE8 if you are curious (the shop's name is MyPALbox).
@@mega77 I told you I wasn't good at this! 😅 It's nice to know someone who has a similar liking than yours and had an almost similar experience with the series, I must say! I also understand your fondness with the GBA games, it is easy to fall for them, and it's why I have a sweet spot for Awakening too, I love the opposite: The more fantasy setting, the support and marriage system (I know it may be weird or something, but the personal experience I had with the game made of that the most important part of the game for me), and the game system it has, with the pair ups and all, also lunatic+ is oddly entertaining for me! Hey, I checked your work out, those boxes are awesome, they really seem to be of quality! I would've bought the FE7 one were another the time, unfortunately I sold my gba and games so I could buy a switch, but they're amazing nonetheless, keep that up please! And as a side note of what I said in my previous comment, I also play Heroes quite often, I forgot to include it since I was only thinking about the console ones, I'd like to know if you also do, we could even do a pvp one day if you like!
fates and awakening by far with the greatest tracks i have ever known to date, Fates having the mix of japanese and then also midwestern notes and awakening with the orchestral finesse its jsut so good, i am currently in my playthrough of fates revelations on an emulator since i no longer have my 3ds as well as they discontinued the 3ds and eshop for it anyways. and man am i loving it
Really enjoying listening through the playlist. I don't personally prefer the Premium Arrange versions as universally as you seem to. For example I think both the Echoes and Smash Bros. versions of With Mila's Divine Protection are better than the premium. But the list is excellent nonetheless.
Thanks, glad you like it! Well yeah, I understand your point of view. In the case of WMDP, I think each version has its own excellent elements to it: Smash's is the most artsy and "elegant" one I'd say, Echoes' is somehow the most emotional but energetic one, and Preimum's is powerful and bombastic. At the end, I leaned towards Premium's because, as one of the highest ranked on the list (and undoubtedly one of the best songs in FE history), I wanted it to feel great and exciting, something this version does very well.
And here I thought your playlists couldnt be any better! (or longer, for that matter lol) This should cover all my work shift just fine Now, jokes aside these last days I've been listening to them non-stop and you're certainly a genius for putting them together and crediting each artist equally

Hm… if Mirage is fair game then why isn’t there any Warriors in here? Requiem and This Precious World from Warriors 1 are crazy good as well as Darkness, Ashen Demon and Melody of Clearity from Hopes.
I agree with you, specially with This Precious World, as in early development it was planned to be around top 20 - 15. What made me drop the Warriors representation here is its abscence in Heroes, as that for me means the game isn't cannon, and the lack of artwork I could use for the video influented the decision as well. This is the reason for Mirage's inclusion too. As for Hopes, it was more of a factor of time. I started to develop the top since November 2021, I faced a lot of backlogs since then and got to finish the top around June, so in order to not change the top that much and avoid more of them, I only included the only original song I knew at the moment, Ashen Demon (Top 25). If I get to redo this top in the future, I'll definitely include more songs from Three Hopes, and maybe from the original Warriors but I kind of doubt it. Thanks for the comment and the opinion!
