In this video I want to share with you my top 12 best vetiver fragrances list, designer and niche.
Vetiver is one of my favorite notes and these are, in my opinion, some of the very best vetiver perfumes out there.

Excellent List! I also agree with your assessments on TF and Guerlain. Fat Electrician is an excellent Vertiver/Gourmand-light scent, but it has no staying power. Have a Wonderful Day!

Vetiver is one of my favorite notes in perfumery, versatile as no other. Great list. Stellar job as usual, mixing designer with niche effortlessly . The only ones I miss on your list are these fantastic vetivers, imho: Masque Milano - (homage to) Hemingway; Zegna - Haitian Vetiver; Diptyque - Vetyverio; Jovoy - Private Label and Byredo Bal d'Afrique. Keep up the awesome work my brother.

Great list!! Dior Vetiver is definitely one you should try; it would complete my personal top 5 vetiver fragrances along with Sycomore, Sultan Vetiver, Guerlain Vetiver and Roja Vetiver Parfum.

Wonderful video and a great list. I have yet to try many on your list, but I'm glad to hear your updated response to Sycomore, which I have tried. I like Encre Noire a L'Extreme. It's a fine fragrance, but for my taste Sycomore is better. I have not tried Tom Ford Vetiver EDT but the EDP is fantastic. I look forward to your ongoing 2022 focus on Chanel. Great work you do!

I couldn’t agree more about the Hermès Bel Ami Vetiver…Top favorite for me, no question. But getting increasingly hard to find. In fact very hard to find. Really glad you mentioned this one.

I love Vetiver! Most of them lean masculine but I found some over the years and I'm enjoying them. Great list! The only one that I don't like is Sultan Vetiver. Everything else 👌

Wow¡¡ great list, I think you have covered all the vetiver hits. I love this note, in its diverse directions, from crips and brilliant, ligther versions to the darker, smokier and more profound ones. I have some nd I had most of them. I would recommend to taste Vetibmver Insolent from Miller Harris. It is on the darker side. Thanks for sharing.

My absolute favourite vetiver is dior vetiver from the privee line. Is is such a warm natural vetiver. Must try imo

Thanx for the review. I have a decant of Tom Ford Grey Vetiver edp. Wauwww what a gorgeous fresh masterpiece. The Encre Noir ala Extreme is good for the price but smells more like wood. Rojo is to pricy for me. Definitely gonna check the Guerlain Vetiver.

These are all great vetivers, I really enjoy guerlain vetiver. Another great cheapy l enjoy is September Morn by Byblos.

Quite surprising that most youtube videos on vetiver perfumes don't include Creed's Original Vetiver. IMHO it is the one and the only vetiver perfume.

Awesome list as always! Have you tried Vetiverissimo by Fzotic? It is my current favorite Vetiver-a very contemplative, meditative Vetiver with a subtly spicy, green woody, and resinous, earthy clay evolution. Amazing scent!

I love Vetiver!! I have quite a few you mentioned in your video. Vetiver Dance by Andy Tauer is incredible!! But the best fragrance I ever sniffed is Vetiver Nocturne Absolu by Bortnikoff!! Number 1 Vetiver fragrance out there IMHO!!

@Scented Moments I've been buying Profumum Roma like crazy. I love vanilla and coconut fragrances. Getting ready to order my 8th offering from the house. Volo AZ 686 which the company stop making last year. Found one bottle left in Miami.

I'll add another great Vetiver from a tiny Canadian house- Monsillage-Pays Dogon. Rather affordable as well.

Theseus by Lorenzo Villoresi is a beautiful vetiver. For raw, unadulterated, herbal and refreshing vetiver, pure Indian ruh khus (essence of vetiver) oil is quite amazing, especially in the summer heat.

I gotta say that I'm a proud owner of four Eau Sauvage parfum 2012. one 100ml and three 50ml. 🤗 also have two bottles of Grey Vetiver EDT. 💚🖤💚🖤 would like to know though on which one would you recommend between Sultan Vetiver and Chanel Sycomore?

It's the Vetiver EDP(golden cap) that was discontinued, not the Parfum(black cap - which is really the extrait) - still available today

@user-wf4nl2yy8x Iv got both Coromandel and Sycomore and can tell you first hand that coromandel has better performance and projection than Sycomore. Sycomore still a lovely scent, it just doesn’t last very long.

The only one here I don't really care for is Grey Vetiver. It's such a cold and emotionless scent. I imagine a Patrick Bateman type wearing that one. I love Sycomore, a true masterpiece, Elysium which has a very unique and invigorating take on Vetiver, and Original Vetiver by Creed even though it doesn't contain much Vetiver. And Eau Sauvage is amazing as well. Prefer the EDT new formulation though. The dry-down is just too good.

The video would be half as long if the guy didn’t ramble on so much. I really don’t need to hear about other fragrances from a fragrance house. And if you’re reviewing a fragrance, we’ll just review it and then go on to the next fragrance. Just too much non needed info in this video.
