Love Vetiver!!!!! Mr Max My Guerlain Vetiver has just the right amount of "Vetiver Stank " that I ❤️. Creeds Original Vetiver is another choice to satisfy my Vetiver craving. Although the Guerlain Vetiver is just a simple Masculine, tobacco/ Vetiver that works so well . I picture James Dean driving his Porsche with his leather jacket and Ray Bans tortus shell glasses on.
I'm a huge James dean and guerlain vetiver fan, I agree with this comment. Also Guerlain vetiver was worn by Harrison Ford and Arnold Schwarzenegger aswell.

Thanks for the great video and recs. Actually wearing Encre Noire Sport this morning...I find it to be a really nice invigorating scent for a crisp Spring day. Of course super affordable too which is a bonus.

I love the opening and middle of Encre Noir Extreme, it is just so wonderfully woody and resinous but the drydown just get too smoky and gothic for my taste. It's a depressing-smelling deep dry down. Funeral fragrance. Wish that the first 20 minutes lasted the whole way through.
I don't own many vetiver fragrances but I have one that I do really enjoy. Mancera Vetiver Sensual is great and one of my favourite Manceras. It's got a mass appeal vibe but doesn't smell like typical designers, has great performance in longevity but not too loud. It's also great value for money too being similarly priced to designers and also 120mls of juice.
@@MaxFortiFrom the few I know, Incident Diplomatique, Terre DHermes, Encre Noir Extreme, Eau Sauvage parfum and Timbuktu, maybe not pure vetiver scents but I love it in those!
Prada L'Homme is the king of the office scent, but if you don't care for iris then Banana Republic Linen Vetiver is a really good alternative. It is about the cleanest vetiver scent you will ever find. It is the opposite style of vetiver from the inky style in Lalique Encre Noire, and it is also pretty inexpensive.
No one ever talks about the cheaper Adolfo Dominquez Vetiver Terra an amazing all day scent that no one speaks about in English 🥹 and I love it for £47 for 200ml best vetiver that no one has herd of 👍

I have four vetivers, to include TF, Mancera Sensuel, and Nishane Sultan Vetiver. I have not tried Lunar Vetiver, am now curious. To me, Nishane's Sultan Vetiver is NOT for the novice, but it is the king. It is a beast as you mentioned, and it reeks of class and elegance. Smells expensive, put together so well. Impressed by the way Nishane layered so many different elements of vetiver throughout the life of the scent.
Meu primeiro perfume se chamava vetiver, frasco branco com letras verdes do boticario anos 90, saiu de linha aí lancaram um outro parecido nos anos 2000 chamado vetiver Brasil parecido com o outro mas esse era mais verde, também saiu de linha. Tenho Terre edt e o Grey Vetiver edp mas não tem a mesma pegada assabonetada que os perfumes brasileiros tinham, conhece esses que eu falei? Ou pode indicar algum com essa faceta verde assabonetada predominante? Abç curto muito seus videos.

Hello max! Great list of vetivers, only owining a couple on the list myself. While I'm happy to finally see the D'orio bottle you acquired from me on list, I'm surprised to see it so high on list. What a great review. One of your best. I have 5 vetivers in the more affordable range. Grey Vetiver and Guerlain Vetiver are my favourites. Those expensive ones I like to try. Can't afford them but this review is very learnable. And the enthusiasm splashes almost from the screen. Tres bien!
