I think that grandma was being haunted in death by all the ghosts she contacted so she wanted them to destroy her ashes so nothing of her existed so there’s nothing to haunt. Runaways. Pretty obvious, a child predator catching his runaways. What I see when you’re asleep. Sad ghost just wants a friend. Feted cage. Some sort of zombie or possession or something happend to his daughter. A Halloween monster. This one vaguely reminds me of “scary god mother” I think it’s the fairy princess dress. Uncle joe was her dads killer. Fall asleep. He died in the surgery or is in a coma. ilife cycle. sounds like drugs. either withdrawl or a bad trip. abnomilie weather. zombie apocalypse but only dogs and sharknado. poisonous. i think its a look at the mind of a paranoid schizophrenic. scared of someone druging their food, scared of strangers, thoughts constantly changing. i dont sleep anymore. i remember this one from years ago. i think the protagonist was sleep walking / lucid dreaming. the doll. making dolls for his kid out of the neighbourhood kids. beyond time. i dunno but it would make a cool game.
I think fall asleep is actually someone being conscious while under surgery, meaning they’ll feel the entire operation. One of the scariest thoughts possible in my opinion.

Listening to this passively doesn't really do this video justice. When watching the footage it matches the narration so well. It adds a whole 'nother layer to the stories and it's great.
Dumbass Sort of reminds me of this old dream I had when I was 7. Time was night, was in bed, Saw what I can only describe as the ring girl with a blue lighting behind her in my corner, she was just standing there and I got up from bed to chat with her, not phased at all by the odd encounter. All I remember is just... staring at eachother or taking to eachother. She didn’t seem aggressive or upset or anything, just kind of in my room, not even if choice but rather that’s just where she is. After that I recall waking up. I had never even seen the ring movie or any variation. Birthed have I seen the whole “ghost girl with black face covering hair” cliche anywhere... was odd but not scary, in fact I kinda think it was a little wholesome for such a strange dream.
I know I'm late but- I really loved What I See When You're Awake, it had a nice twist to it like the other stories on the list did, but that one particularly got me! Nice list selections this year! :D

This rare case is when a patient gains levels of consciousness during surgery, in this state you’re immobilized and can’t do anything but you can feel all the pain from the surgery, you can’t scream, you can’t move, or call for help. Luckily it only happens 0.1-0.2 % of the time.
I like when today is Halloween, I decided to read something, sad, scary, and suspenseful. I just finished reading H.P. Lovecraft's Dagon, and read the collection of his stories. I started reading 11/22/63. I like these stories. Creepypasta's have short stories are short, but effective. Thanks.
