Cerwiden's quest is pretty cool. You get to interact with a certain classic fantasy character.

Jackelyn sounds like a lot of fun. The character Cassandra is voiced by an unequivocally extraordinary and talented actress, also named Cassandra, who also does the voice of Boethiah in the first Rigmor mod and the principle baddy, the Daughter of Coldharbour character, in the second. Her work is genuinely epic, always memorable, powerful, profound and always of the very highest quality. Viconia turned out to be one of the most intense, heartfelt, complex, best developed and truly magnetic characters I've ever met in Skyrim. Took me a very long time to figure out how to get her to accept me, but finally, I succeeded. Not an easy task. But entirely worth the headache. One detail in this video confuses me: Loraine. Why does she sport vampire teeth? At least that's what it looks like. Her mod description makes no mention of her being a vampire, so I'm a bit confused. Unless this was the unintended result of all the VNPC transfers this guy always does to his characters. I'm actually quite glad he makes these videos. Most of the characters presented herein were entirely unfamiliar to me. I knew of only about four of them. The rest were pleasant surprises.

Where did you find the Viconia replacer? I can't find a single one anywhere. The base mod leaves much to be desired.

Kind of pointless to show the followers, if you've changed all of their appearances.

Good video (outside the background music and lack of hyperlinks in the description, like every other Skyrim mod RU-vidr does), but I don't think a single one of these was underrated. They're all awful. Poor voice acting, bad mic quality on several, and countless typos, misspellings, and mispronunciations.

The followers seem interesting, but the narrator doesn't sound interested in this at all.

All pc, no xb1 or the like

None of these are underrated. Interesting NPC's is one of the most lauded and famous mods for Skyrim ever, and Anna's NPC's have been widely praised for years... neither are underrated. The rest? They are all rated about as much as they should be. They are basic AF, with terrible audio quality, at least compared to mods like Vilja, Serana-SDA, Remiel, Xelxaz, Lucien, Gore, and at least half a dozen other FAR BETTER deeper mods. These mods have limited interactions, far less dialogue, and basic quests if they have them at all. Compare that to someone like Remiel, and it just cannot compare. So no, perfectly rated... in fact, with a new group of players in the last few years citing them as 'Underrated' they have become wholly OVERRATED. The only one who is possibly underrated is Evangeline, but the biggest issue there, well two issues... one she exceptionally complex, her author used to boast, though not sure if she does today, that she was the most complex and complete custom follower for Skyrim ever....which also meant a LOT of bugs... and secondly, she NOT STANDALONE, and relies on other mods. A lot of us play on potatoes.. we DO NOT use animation engines like FINIS, or skeletons like XMPSE, or have Physics of any kind. Evageline uses custom animations, and that automatically precludes her being used by anyone who does not, will not, or cannot run animations. So perhaps a LITTLE underrated, but wholly self-inflicted on that count.
