The balloon thing is not a ghost .This has happened to me also, this happens when the balloon is running out of helium and starts moving weirdly like if something is controlling it. In the video you can see that the balloon is totally not completely full .Just a helium cause.

One time when I was about four my mom and I went to walmart or target and we’re looking around when all the sudden my mom couldn’t see my so she started looking around she noticed that I was missing and told the store and they went on look down so no one could get in or out the employees were walking around and searching for me the whole time... 14 is easily solved: It's a balloon, and if you look at the monitor, it's switching between screens, so this video is sped up quite a bit, and the balloon mustve just followed air flow patterns within the store.

I was a night cashier when a guy came in. Seemed off, but not worse than the normal midnight weirdos. He went in the bathroom. I heard what I thought was a firework & he ran out. Police were there in minutes. He actually followed someone to the Walmart, shot at him, but dropped the gun, afterwards (thinking he killed him) he ran away. We never caught him, but he completely missed the shot. No one was even injured, the victim played dead

I'm sorry, but any Wal-Mart I've ever been in, the toys are clear across the store from the produce. There is no way in hell i would leave my kid alone while I go all the way across the store for some damn strawberries. Produce is usually on the way out. She could have picked a toy and grabbed the fruit on the way out of the store.

Ok, good, I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. In all the Walmarts I've been in (which isn't very many but still) the produce, along with every edible thing, is on the complete other side of the store from the toy aisle. I just hope that this Walmart was different, or that mother is extremely irresponsible

definitely, if you look at the screen on the right you can see that the video is sped up by quite a lot, meaning most likely the balloon was just floating about being pushed in random directions by air conditioners but looks like its moving on it's own because of the speed increase

Where I grew up it was common to leave your kids in the toy aisle. The main stores I remember happening the toy aisle being near areas where workers were always 20 feet away from them. And you always had parents or older siblings that where there watching the younger kids. And if not you had like 10 loud screeching kids to make aware of anything ever happened. Even though I’d never leave my kids in the toy aisle alone I’ve seen it done numerous of times before.

I'm not a mom, but I have one and she'd agree with you like I do, Kathy. Especially girls that young. Kids under 10, and teens, should not be left alone in public areas. The mom should have brought her daughter with her. Glad the kid knew how to fight though. Sad that a lot of kids aren't that lucky though.

They used to do that at our Toys R Us before it closed. You’d be perusing the shelves and unattended minors would be running wild. My Dad rightfully complained that some parents used the store as a daycare. I wonder how many would-be paying customers were driven away due to that.

Once when I was in Wal-Mart, a very sketchy guy with a long black trench coat was just speed walking around the whole store. He never looked at anything or picked anything up, just following people. He followed my mom and I for a bit, too. As soon as my mom got out of his sight she went and told the employees. They told her that he does it every day at the same time. It was very freaky. We got out of there fast.
