Was dying for this type of list/recommendations from someone, currently looking for a fragrance that can cover any situation at any time. Thanks so much for making this video!! :)
Hindu Kush. What a compliment getter everytime i wore it on the cruise the staff would stop and ask what are you wearing . Even in the lifts and general has a great scent trail
My hubby took the Paper, Book and Moss samples, I took Velvet, Gold and Milk, so that Exploration Kit from Commodity is a great buy for 18 samples for like £35 / $38, we love them all! 🖤
Seb all credits for my fragrances( not a collector) go to only 1 person thats U. Every fragrance i have is within your top 10s always and I only buy those. All are blind bought so that speaks volumes for your choices. U R THE ⭐
Whenever I sound quiet, it's because of my next door office neighbors! I had 2.5 years of shooting without anyone next door but now that people are going back to work I have to be a bit quiet sadly! Especially if they are in office! :)
Great list! Every season scents means - very versatile scents. Some fragrances should just be easy reaches... Hey, I was thinking another "warm weather" category of fragrances that is a bit different could be earthy fragrances that remind you of digging in the garden, like earth and flowers or the ground after a spring/summer rain...I don't know. But, the truth is I have been researching fragrances like Serge Lutens de Profundis - and I would love someone with your expertise to make a list of these types of fragrances...Thank you!
I purchased Marc Antoine Barrois Ganymede along with some other fragrances in a decant 5ml size...I wore it this past weekend to get familiar with it and was so blown away that I purchased a full bottle...I even let my brother put his nose on it but didn't tell him what is was and he agreed with it being some very good juice
Still loving Wake Up World which I bought blond on release because of your videos! Im surprised it hasn’t gained any traction because it’s a mass appealing beauty! Good weekend Sebastian 🥂
Great list. I personally don't enjoy Orange x Santal, but Fig Infusion is lovely and my go to in the house. For Commodity, Paper is good but there is something about Rain that I just enjoy more. Solid picks though.
My top 5 ... 5.Indult's Manakara. Rose and litchi fruit. Works in every season. 4.Atkinson's The Big Bad Cedar. Woody, powdery and a bit creamy. 3.Nishane's Hacivat. Fresh enough for summer but still dense enough for winter. 2.Ormonde Jayne's Montabaco Verano. A bit fresh, a bit sweet and dense enough to cut through the cold but not sweet enough to be cloying in summer. 1.The Harmonist Magnetic Wood. Fresh and woody, a bit sweet. Super versatile.
I just started my fragrance collection without concerning myself to the seasonal appropriateness of perfumes since I live in Southern California where the weather is constant all year round. I'm more cognizant though of the amount of sprays depending if I'm going in an enclosed space or outside.
This is an amazing list. I’ve been waiting on something such as. I enjoy the more masculine fragrances with the Oud, woodsy, spicy, musky scents. I recently purchased the Tom Ford Oud Wood and oh my! It is amazing. I’m certainly going to try the Jo Malone Oud & Bergamot. Great video!
What a great list Sebastian , I have to grab a few as I am not to much into fresh fragrances but do love my Creed Aventus , Cedrat Boise , Hindu Kush , Frapin 1270 , ... that Javoy 21 and Obvious & Wake Up World sound very interesting to me . Thanks for all the effort you put into these videos Brutha . Cheers 😎
I keep hearing about Molecule 01 but I was one of those persons that did not smell a thing. I was and still am dissapointing. So is that it or can I do something about it?
Well deserved number 1! Love the complexity of Ganymede. Regarding Orange X Santal...have you tested Essential Parfums Fig Infusion yet or is there even a review coming soon? :)
Hi Sebastian, I was wondering what you thought of Armani Prive Bleu Turquoise. I know you steer away from aquatics and this has been compared with Juliette Has A Gun Vanilla Vibes. Have you smelled and tried this? Do you like it? Is it unisex?
Hello Sebastian, I hope you see my reply. I decided to 'blind buy' this fragrance after 'researching' it with reading reviews and watching videos, looking at other people's taste in fragrance to figure out if it would work for me. I got it for Mother's day today. I really like it. I would say it is unisex perhaps leaning feminine because of the vanilla. It does have tropical vacation vibes or Summer vibes for me. It has a smoky cyprus note that is quite fresh and it drys down to a salty vanilla that is a touch powdery. I really like it! It checks a lot of fragrance boxes. It might be one for you to test and add to your Armani Prive collection. I am not sure if it is a discontinued fragrance. I am Canadian, I can find it here at the Armani website and a luxury retail store but not at the grey market sites.
Try this combo for a great all-year rounder and thank me later: Bottega Veneta Parco palladiano VIII (neroli) + The Different Company Santo Incienso, Sillage Sacré.
