Seeing suicide on the list gives me a lump in my throat. My late best friend died of suicide (he survived one attempt, but didn't survive the second one), and I wish I knew more about them (he goes by he/them) so I could tell the suicide hotline, but we were Internet friends so I couldn't ask for that info and couldn't do much but beg them to call and remind them I will miss them. I only knew because his mom found me and told me the news. I was 17, he was probably a year or two younger. Now I get jealous when I see stories of people overcoming suicide: it's like a variant of survivor's guilt. How dare they survive when that could've been my best friend! How dare they get to be happy again when my friend lost his fight to his demons! I knew they deserve to live but still...I wish my best friend survived and got better, just like the survivors did in their stories.

Why is red the indicator for going down? Wouldn’t that be a good thing?

If you look at "Suicide" section, it's just sad. For all people who think mistakes can't be fixed, they can, you just need to take care not to repeat them, and if you do, it's not World's end, none human is clear, we all make mistakes.
