I can do the mayweather technique...that means i hv better coordination and transtition than you...not sure of punching power tho...i can bench press 1 rep max 75-kg :(
#16 is not called "the winter", It is an EB without a jump. There were videos posted way before this that show it. She was just lazy or refused to call it what it is and made up a name for a trick that already existed, again it is not called the "winter", seriously that is stupid as hell.
Good demo. Just a suggestion. You're jumping on a black mat wearing black training shoes. Something more contrasting, (shoes), would have clarified your footwork more.

Hey Ana yep I sure are... when you are starting a new type of training begin slowly. Start with 10 secs of jumping then rest and build up from there...
What i realized with the Winter move, one loop doesn't actually go under the feet; that was putting me off my game in jumping rope haha and the EB you have to skip over it side-ways XD
Plus #16, 17, and 18 although I will never get 18. I have never seen 13,16, and 17 before and hope that you do focus instruction of how to do those tricks. Thanks for sharing you guys are great.
I can jump 2 hours .. about 8000 times but can only do about 8 of her tricks ...the last few impossible..don't know how she does them...watching 100 times...still can't get the synch correct
So the technique is don't jump to advanced tricks.. I'm going to work my way up ... been trying the cross but too difficult for me for now.. so going to get my rhythm, strength and endurance on jump rope and work my way to the tricks... thank you :)
Most of it don't look like something a beginner could pull off... like I can only do the regular bounce. But that's some mad skills there. I could never look that good skipping ropes. 😌
Young lady I got you beat by 9 years. That is impressive. I am a broke down former college athlete and can't do much anymore. Most kids don't have the desire or attention span to see through what you can do. Lot of these gals put these tighties on just to display. You are classy, fit, and most importantly demonstrate a bonafide skill. God bless you sister and every one else. If y'all still got a little bit health do what she does
You should see the forward tangle up trip and fall trick I developed while trying these! I burned a high amount of calories crying when my ankle snapped.
That's awesome, I could watch her all day or jump rope next to her =P Those last few things are amazing, Kruger and EB and so on, beyond my skill level at the moment, I'm a quick learner though, I learned the running cross quite quick. Using a heavy jump rope is great too, takes it out of you so quickly though bloody hell, I did a double under with one and it took the wind out of me hahaa.
