Dare to say that I have probably watched all the educational videos in RU-vid regarding Outlook's products , and no one beats you Mike when it comes to teaching concretely, you deserve a huge amount more viewers, keep up your nice work, it will pay off!
Hi Mike, inwas wondering if theres a way to rotate 4 to 5 people to do several monthly meetings. So there’s 4 field reps and we have to visit diferent offices every month. But need to spread the reps evenly and rotate them evenly. How would i do that? As of now i just look at who we sent where to spread fairly. Any way to do like acend and decend like in excel???? Please and thank you 😊
Thank you so much for sharing, I am facing 1 issue. I have added calendar in my inbox, however it is not showing in different colors like yours. I have already set a rule for my boss, when go in calendar it shows in different colors, however not in my inbox. Please assist.
Great video! It is possible to make (and how create this rule /condition) all meetings where my exec is an optional attendee in outlook calendar of different color? no matter who sends the invite..I use conditional formatting a lot, so most colors already taken and it has to be the rule, so I can pick a new color, so because of this me changing manually each meeting is not an option and also, for time-saving reasons.. Thanks!
When I view my calendar in monthly view - instead of showing 3, or 4, or 5 events on a certain day (like it used to do) - it now shows me +3, +4, +5 - and forces me to click on a certain day to see the specific appointments. Any idea on how to turn that feature off - and return it to where I could see multiple events, on a certain day, in monthly view ?
Very helpful video, but can't recreate a lot of what you show. I was particularly interested in sharing my calendar as this could be a game changer, but it's not available under "Insert" and the none of the free add-on's I've tried seem to do the trick. How do I get the calender option under the Insert tab?
It would be great to do a video on Quick Steps in Outlook. It would even be better to show how to program a short key for a Quick-Step Not sure if it's even possible but would be a cool feature.
Love these tips & tricks. Quick question - is there any way to use conditional formatting to categorise appointments rather than just colour code? Would be helpful in the To Do pane of emails :)
