MLM models are generally Ponzi schemes which occasionally falls into the remit of fraud. This is not one of them, because the structure of franchising is entirely different from MLM.
The yoga business was cringe. A useless activity with no real benefits. There are easier ways to relieve of the stress. I invite all yoga "teachers" to find a real occupation.
