The most easiest way to stop misusing the law, 1) if women fails to prove allegations or allegations prove false then she is either liable to pay for harrasement or punishment. 2) Mention the responsibilities of the married women towards husband atleast in law. U will see min 80% false cases will be decreased. Mutual divorces will be done amicably.

People should date, have fun and even have children but do not marry. Do not get into legal trap. If you get into a legal trap you will get depressed and you may even die. Do not lose freedom which is the most precious thing of life. If two people really love each other then why there is a need for legal binding. Love is enough to live with each other. I'm 43 yrs old, never married, haryanvi, born & brought up in delhi, only son of parents, have 15 acres of land, living in South delhi. My sister is married & has 2 teenage children. I applied for marriage proposals on all matrimonial websites. I don't want to show money. I can't find any girl for marriage. No girl wants to marry if i can't show 20 LPA. I get 6 LPA in private job. I worry for my parents so I'm not marrying until i find a nice, caring girl. I've decided to stay single all life. I'll transfer all property to sister's children when I'm about to die.
With a judiciary system so biased against men. Or say , any one gender . Majority of the times bride's family grouse is usually, that they have spent so much on the wedding . And now the marriage hasn't worked out , so they feel it's a kind of a wasted expense. Secondly ,it's unfair for the husbands family to be pulled into such legal battles , even when they have no relevance to the case. I feel , it's time for amending HMA , and include an arrangement where, it's mandatory for the husband to bear the marriage expenses , and then nothing else.Thereafter, atleast the husbands family should be indemnified from any sort of legal actions incase of a domestic violence case. In the west too, while matrimonial laws are so heavily favoured for the woman , they don't have stupid things about pulling in the husbands relatives.
Section 498B for rights and protection of law of Men should be implemented without any delay. Avoid so much complications and uncertainties better to remain Single and breathe fresh air and purity of body, mind, soul and heart.
Man I think better way for males before marriage is to get converted to Islam. Even if u are poor you can ask from Islamic organisations for help. They have some really good contacts. Or keep strong political contacts. Even Islamic laws are much more male friendly than impotent hindu laws.
