Red Hulk was preexisting character who weirdly enough had a really good mystery storyline in the original comics about who his identity was. Yet the show wouldn't tell you that lol

I know Phineas and Ferb technically started in the last decade, but it was so prominent in the first half of the decade, it deserved some recognition

I feel like Bob's Burgers dry and ironic, but calm humor deserved a mention. It felt like a show that didn't need to have tons of swears and offensive jokes to be funny. It felt really refreshing to find an adult cartoon that wasn't relying on offensive jokes and weird humor for it's whole show.

Clarence is probably the most underrated cartoon of this decade and possibly ever. I love the characters, the animation is strangely great, and the comedy is amazing! I don't know why people don't talk about this show much, because it's probably one of my favorite cartoons of the decade and possibly of all time.

I really enjoyed this video, because of the introspective over the cartoons from this decade and seeing so many moments that I remember. While I do admit that I kinda ignored newer shows after 2018, I can truly say that this decade was great for animation.

I've actually been extremely impressed by Big City Greens so far. It's just a straight comedy cartoon but it got my wife and I laughing out loud multiple times each episode.

Dan Vs. deserved better. Same with The Hub. Changing a premium station that played a variety of 90s cartoons & 70s/80s sitcoms into one that plays Cake Boss ad nauseam is highway robbery & made me quit cable altogether. Thanks for nothing, Discovery.

I really like Turbo Fast on Netflix. The second half of the first season and beyond is hilarious

It’s nice to see you tackle as much of the animated stuff from this decade as you can especially the ones not talked about much (like Craig of the Creek and stuff), and you did it well for the most part 😁👍. The only downside is that there appears to be a tiny few you missed like Young Justice and certain newer Mickey Mouse shorts 😅😓. My stand outs from this decade (what I can recall at the moment to be more specific 😅) consist of Gravity Falls, Wander Over Yander, Star vs the Forces of Evil (minus the rather weak finale 😓), certain Steven Universe stuff, Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus, Ducktales 2017 and Craig of the Creek. I usually avoid shows that are considered weak. I have seen a few, stand out weak ones consist of the PPG reboot and TTG (I know it’s a overly blown popular opinion, but I really can’t bring myself to care enough about it for some reason, no matter how much I’ve seen it with my younger cousin 😅😓). Great video still 😁👍. I hope you tackle some of the stuff here in more detail in later videos sometime. I just really like your style 👍. And Happy New Year Nick 🥳🎆🎉!

I really love most of the shows that we got this decade like gravity falls, the looney tunes show, regular show, adventure time, steven universe, rick and morty, Star vs the forces of evil, etc. Revival and GOOD reboots like ducktales, Samurai Jack, and Young Justice. My only thinks I hate is that some of the greatest and underrated shows like wonder over yonder, kick Bachowski, Clarence, over the garden wall, ok ko let’s be heroes, Harvey beaks, etc, we’re so misused and cancelled prematurely. And we’re in favor for terrible shows and reboots like PPG 2016, pickle and peanut, that dumb stupid kid danger show. And hate how most of the action shows even the ones that we’re based on comics were cancelled and replaced with dump down action shows like for example, how all the marvel shows before MCU like Avengers:EMH, Wolverine and the X-men, and Spectacular Spider-man we’re replaced with ultimate spider-man, avengers assemble, hulk and the agents of smash, and guardians of the galaxy, just to copy the success of the MCU

Can we talk about how this channel is the WAY BETTER NICKTENDO.

This was a great retrospective of the decades cartoons. It still saddens me how Wonder got treated. Overall I think it was a solid decade for animation even if I hope the 2020s will rely less on nostalgia and reboots.

I loved annoying orange as a child and when i was first introduced to youtube, i fangirled when i found Toby's youtube channel because i mostly watched annoying orange to see toby. I was a weird ass and loved Planet Sheen when I was younger. I think I kind of just got a so-bad-it's-good feel from it personally. I recently started watching The Monkees, and it especially made me happy that Planet Sheen had made a reference to them with Mr. Nesmith

I'll be that one person to note that Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu evolved over the decade from a fairly average cartoon in its first season to having legit emotional depth and some of my favorite moments.

Honestly he should have mentioned MLP more. Don't care what you think about the show or the fanbase, you can't deny the impact it had. I'm willing to wager that whatever show based on traditionally "girly" stuff comes out and dares to be more serious or compelling is in no small part to MLP's success. After all if the quintessential "girl toy" cartoon can dare to be a quality program get be taken seriously you most likely can too.

Not mentioned that really should’ve been: 1. Star Wars: The Clone Wars - I know it started in 2008, but it really only got good in the 2010s 2. Adventure Time - I don’t really need an explanation 3. Regular Show - Also doesn’t need an explanation 4. The Looney Tunes Show - Incredibly underrated; making a sitcom out of Looney Tunes was genius 5. The Amazing World of Gumball - Doesn’t need an explanation 6. Phineas & Ferb - Great show 7. Infinity Train - Book 1 came out in 2019, so that’s technically the only one that counts, but I’m fine with that
