I’m using all of these, been on a diet of 1-2 meals a day. No fried/fast food. Minimum amount of bread, salads everyday. Detox juices. AND I AM STILL GAINING WEIGHT! I’m confused because I was a very skinny person 3 years ago and all I was eating was fast food. What’s going on? Can anyone help?
Do u exercise and drink a gallon of water daily? I’ve found that I literally won’t drop if I don’t do those even if I’m eating clean. I also have to do keto and extended 24-72 hour fasts to drop

💫Not all green tea is equal. Be careful. Loose tea is best. However for some odd reason I bloat drinking green tea . Will try MCT oil and probably join your community. TFS!
