I like this channel. Dr Rupy is kind, relaxed, honest, knowledgeable just like other doctors. I do not feel stressed out watching this channel. Thank you Dr. Oh, by the way, most sardines are canned. Can food is not healthy.

In the summary at the end of the video , it stated 3 servings of fermented dairy a day !! 400 - 600g - oops More yoghurt than veg!!! Bit of an error there Dr Rupy ! But overall a very informative video . Thank you !
