I’m in uk went to Audi for a few parts rear passenger cd lid changer discontinued rear boot struts discontinued rear number plate lights discontinued only thing they had was the Audi tailgate logo.
Oh wow, I didn't know that the rear struts were discontinued ... I just bought some a couple of years ago. There might be some aftermarket versions, but it might be good to check out the junkyard cars to see if there are any good ones to pick. Thanks for the info!!!
@@kintsugimoto no probs I ended up getting some nos struts on German eBay also nos rear number plate lights of uk eBay and second hand cd lid changer off eBay uk. The nos parts are more expensive but original. There are cheaper aftermarket parts.
This is from three different junkyards in the Sacramento, CA area. But I think these specific cars have been crushed already. They don’t keep cars very long at these yards.
@@MarkMyWordsXx I’m in Sacramento, CA and there are about 4-5 self service junkyards near me. I just got an alert that another TT hit the yard … so guess what I’ll be doing this weekend? 😂
@@MarkMyWordsXx oh and I should clarify, these clips are taken from several different yards over a few different weeks. The TT’s show up in bunches … a few show up all at the same time, then none show up 🤷♂️
That might be true about the car itself, but some parts are no longer available new and good used parts are starting to get scarce. Thanks for watching!!!
