I had the second birdbath. It was impossible to keep it from tipping over during storms even in mild wind. I added tent stakes to try keeping it in place. It was a fail for me.

I call BS on #1 and 2. They look great & work great...for one summer. Then the bowl gets all kinds of cracks & leaks. I just put mine out in the trash this morning.
