Dragon Ball has many arcs and has been going on for years. With so many new heroes and transformations people tend to forget about the Dragon Ball Villains. In this video I want to look at the Dragon Ball series and make a list on who in the best villain within the series.
Side series just as Dragon Ball GT that are not canon will also be considered as an option within the video. So let me know what you think about the best villains within the Dragon Ball series.
