Not quite, naruto in baryon mode if he touches you then it drains your life. Heart disease goku wouldn't have much life left in him but just getting touched by baryon mode can be deadly. The question is, could naruto touch goku? i'd say yes, he can make over 1000 shadow clones so that's not too hard for naruto to touch goku

Goku being less than the √ of Vegito since Potara is stronger than AxB and Vegeta and Goku in base are relative as seen in the same saga. However, by the end of BOG goku is universal + in base.

This video shows how bad reading/viewing comprehension is for most viewers. The point of power scales in anime is for tension. Androids defeat a super saiyan Trunks and Vegeta easily so how could Goku defeat them?! Yet when people think Naruto vs Goku is close shows how little they understand the tension of these anime and what is actually happening on their screens. If during resurrection F, Frieza came back with no power increase, I bet many fans would have said that the tension is just as high because Frieza is really strong and bad guy.
