The best coffe fragrance i have ever smelled is Montale Ristretto Intense Cafe and Hugo Boss The Scent Private Accord is the only Hugo Boss fragrance i wear.
I absolutely love buying whole beans and grinding them myself. I just never give myself enough time to enjoy the process and enjoy the coffee. Also used to have a Ninja coffee maker like that. I eventually got a Nespresso. I love the coffee/cream note in Polo Red Extreme. Picked it up last year. Looked into Uomo signature after your other video and thinking about picking it up for this winter.
Personally i am a tea person, i don't enjoy drinking coffee; however the smell is great. Out of the List, I really love Rochas Man, which is such a delicious coffee fragrance. Special Note; you can flip the bottle and place it into the cap. It's actually a pretty sick bottle design.
I've been using Trade ever since COVID hit - I get it ground for cold brew, and it rules. I've also been getting into coffee scents recently. Eight & Bob's Nuit de Megeve is a recent favorite.
I drink coffee in the morning, but then it’s tea for the rest of the day. I love the smell of tea even more, and appreciate fragrances with tea. Maybe do that video? Best tea fragrances? Noble Otter Soap Co. has a tea based scent, called The Noir Et Vanille. Literally means black tea and vanilla. I own the soap, AS splash and the EDP and I looooove it. 👍
Check out Follow by Kerosene and Awake by Akro. Very nice coffee scents. Awake is on the sweeter side and Follow is darker and very realistic to me. I love them both and they are both VERY coffee forward.

@GentScents I want you to know that the promotion Trade is using, that you have in this video, is actually False Advertising. What they are actually doing is "Buy 2, get one free", not a "first bag free". Those are two different things, and yes, i have that confirmed by a customer service rep from Trade. I want you to know, because I trust your channel and your opinion, and im sure alot of other people do as well. While im not against cross promotions...and im an avid coffee lover myself....i hate to think of your reputation being tarnished by another companies shady promotion.
Surprised that Mugler's Pure Coffee didn't make an honorable mention (discontinued). Must do a niche Top 5 Coffee soon. My early vote is for Follow by Kerosene for the win.
I suggest try to get coffee beans from Colombia or Venezuela, not fancy notes added, just the coffee beans originally from there, as simply roasted as possible, and then grind them yourself. I'm biased, but imho it is the best smelling (and needless to say, also best tasting) coffee in the whole world. Reallistically speaking, at least to my knowledge Venezuela is not exporting any decent coffee at the moment, so the option is really Colombian. Some international coffee brands may still be sourcing beans from Venezuela though, not sure.

Trussardi Inside man is my favorite coffee fragrence of all time. There is absolutely no sweetnees in that fragrence whatsoever! Lathalie Lorson knocked that one outta the park and slow walked the bases.. to bad no one was in the stadium to see her fantastic performance and they discontinued it.. worth hundreds of bucks IMO if u can find it. Hey Ash, I love it that you graduated to fine coffee beans. I recommend you pay as much attention to preparing a fine cup of coffee as you do when appreciating a fine fragrance. I recommend you watch James Hoffman on RU-vid. He will guide you to brewing that fine cup of coffee consistently! Ed P.S. Please get a high quality burr grinder first, it will dramatically improve the quality!
So, my fragrance collection consists of many "blue" fragrances, several citrus, several "freshies" and some random ones that I've stumbled upon or that have been recommended by someone else. BUT, I don't have any coffee scents. I'm thinking Halloween Man X(bcuz I'm poor), but b4 pull the trigger on one, any suggestions??
Rochas has cappucino not really coffe, so its abit vanilla milkish, private accord > rochas man, are probably my two favorites, but theyre also the weakest in performance :(
I used to LOVE Rochas Man, been a while since I've had it. I think I'll order a bottle. I only own Uomo Signature from this list, but I'm planning to grab Halloween Man X soon....
My girlfriend LOVES Rochas Man. I always let her borrow it, however, she has yet to make a dent in it. What’s funny is that it smells like soap everytime I get it back.
Hey Ash, first off I love your videos and passion for Fragrances. I wanted to ask you and the rest of the community if you had to chose between Halloween man X or Ferragamo Uomo which one you would chose?
Nice video, you need to treat yourself to a decent burr grinder you don't need to spend a fortune. A Baratza Sette would be okay and not break the bank, it will reward you with a much better tasting coffee, therefore geting the full value of those lovely coffee beans.
Love coffee fragrances and own just about all the ones you covered. My new favorite though is your very own creation Cognac Café. I enjoyed this video and I will look into this coffee house too!
