Hate to burst your bubbles, guys, but Matthew Broderick did not sing in The Lion King. All of adult Simba's singing parts were done by Joseph Williams, for Hakuna Matata and Can You Feel The Love Tonight.

Dug from Up is my favourite Disney sidekick (still peeved that my sister couldn't find a plushie of him at Disneyland Paris, but she did get me a Jack Skellington pen). He's funny, loyal, well meaning if a little mislead, doesn't judge people and oh yeah, HE'S A TALKING DOG!

Louis from the Princess and the Frog. He's hillarious, cute, probably the most adorable and peaceful alligator out there. He loves music, is neurotic and does everything so bouncy even with that size he got. He's like a sidekick and I admit, I'd wish I got a photo with the mascot version of him. (never was at Disneyland before.

My favorite Disney sidekick would probably be Timothy the Mouse from Dumbo, possibly the most loyal and empathetic sidekick ever. He does everything he can to help his li'l pachyderm pal, purely because he knows that without him, Dumbo doesn't have a friend in the world.

I will have to go back to Disney's first animal sidekick ever. That sidekick of course is Pluto. Mickey Mouse's faithful Dog and best friend. You can't think of Mickey without then thinking about Pluto. He is the kind of dog I think most people wish they had to go on adventures with.

Do the residents of the 100 Acre Wood count? That's Disney since my childhood at least. The New Adventures of Whinnie the Pooh was my ... jam? Yea, jam! Actually the first anything my little brother every saw/heard. He was born at home. I got to give him his first bath, and then we got him in one of those reclined 'bouncy chair' things for infants and kicked back with some Pooh. Good times.

What about Abu (Aladdin's Monkey)? Or Dory from Finding Nemo? What about the little Weiner Dog from Toy Story 2? The mice from Cinderella? You should go back and do a Top 10 of this and include some of these.
