Excellent, but the cacao drink is missing for boosting the stem cell concentration . And based on recent study it is the best. But be careful of selecting a cacao powder which originated from a bassin (like ivory coast) not from a volcanic basement due to the high concentration of some metal and oxalate.
For diabetics, there's one major problem concerning the consumption of pomegranate and beetroot juice. There will be a blood-sugar spike immediately after drinking these beverages. So these two drinks must be taken sparingly and with much caution!
Those with blood sugar issues are wise to avoid fats and oils which clog the Pancreas wherein the use can cause conflicts with the consumption of even natural carbohydrates such as those found in Pomegranates and Beets.
@@vegan4life532the consumption of fats accompanied with sugar is what makes insulin not spike 😂 you you eat a lava cake for example it has high sugar but also high fat if you just had that amount of sugar vs the lava cake that’s also loaded with fat and recorded glucose levels the one with the flat would not even be half the size of
@@vegan4life532 On the contrary, those with blood-sugar level issues are wise to avoid any type of sugars and mainly carbs! Fats and oils have never been known to result in blood sugar spikes ever!
All drinks are good for sure. However 2 questions: Where are your research links? Is it correct that in order for the active ingredients in the drinks to have more potent health benefits they will need to be in concentrated form - like in supplements?
Dark chocolate is full of important minerals such as magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, copper, and iron. They are good for your body. I prefer the ones with less sugar added. Thanks for watching.
Genesis. 1 : 29. Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed, to you it shall for meat. BACK TO THE ORIGINAL DIET. Not bone broth.
The question of course is: "really??" Please start using your brain, intelligence (not intellect, that's something else) and logic. *Fasting* makes much more sense. Evolution didn't have green tea, cocoa or broccoli, avocado, resveratrol, beets or whatever we these days think are super-thingies. What DID exist when we were hominids, was lack of food occasionally (loads of lacking food!) and we needed a boost to get through it and hunt some meat. Our body made itself up for survival and get into the best possible shape. Repair systems started and the body used all damaged and inactive cells to create new healthy cells, including stem cells. Give this a thought or two. So, forget all the nice make-beliefs and do your own research on the benefits of fasting. Cheers!
@@ld4122 you mean before we had antibiotics, bleach, toilets, soap, sterile bandages, plasters, sterilization and hospitals? When there still were a lot of tigers, bears, wolves? I don't know, probable we had less children reaching the age of ten.. 😉
@@ld4122 Uhm, do you mean back then, before we had antibiotics, soap, clean water, bandages, sewers, anti-inflammatories, Iodine, bleach, dettol, washing machines, vaccines, refrigerators, hospitals and margerine? I really can't tell you, but I think average age was quite a bit lower because many children didn't reach the age of ten years...
Avoid distilled water since it can make your tea taste flat? Lol! What kind of nonsense is that. Distilled is just pure clean water without anything in it, it is optimal and in my opinion highly preferred! Weird. Heaven forbid if we drink pure water without anything in it or if it's quote unquote flat LOL
