I applied this past Friday or Saturday I believe, I got a call Monday to schedule and interview, is this a good sign then? 🤣 I have no prior work experience.
Imagine that you make a mistake while bagging a customer’s groceries. The customer becomes upset and wants to speak with the store manager. How would you respond to the customer to resolve the situation and ensure they’ll want to return to H-E-B?
Elias Ramirez I think that means what area you want to work in. Like curbside, cashier, stocker, meat, management or customer service. So if you want to be a in store shopper for curbside then you answer with that and then say why you have interest in it
what about if you are interviewing for a HR manager role? I wouldn't think corporate roles would apply, do you have any interview question in regards to corporate interview questions?
I don't yet have HR manager (I hope to make this soon!). I do have HR assistant which may be of some use: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MGeJ2TYgiAw.html
You can say that they offer the best deals in groceries and that the employees are very professional and friendly. You can also mention how H-E-B has been committed to the community during the ongoing pandemic. They always have inventory available and maintain the store sanitary. Another thing you can mention is simply how they’re the top grocery chain in Texas. Hope I helped.
Some of the tips in here true, but the other questions, they're gonna be a little bit different. What they're gonna ask you for a second interview in person.😮
This man took his time out to make a helpful presentation to get a job and you give him a xenophobic remark? Go educate yourself and diminish that weak racist mind of yours. No one has to be FROM Texas to know what heb is or its backround, that's why the internet was invented, to research. I lost brain cells reading this comment.
